They answered my call on the 1st ring, made my appointment for the next day and showed up exactly on time with a crew of 4.  They had everything they needed in hand and wasted not a second.  They got straight to work and were gone in 2 hours. They did a great job!  They didn't mind my big dogs either.  A++

She arrived on time and her team wasted no time getting to work. They cleaned everything from floors to ceiling, including the refrigerator and all windows. After they were done I second guessed why I was moving. Place was sparkling. I will call Phyllis again.

It is not easy finding a house cleaner who pays such attention to detail. We have been through four cleaning services in last year. Sometimes the cleanings were decent but other times it was embarrassingly poor. The bar had lowered so much that I was happy if the service performed was just okay. I did not have high expectations despite of the high rating of Phyllis' Cleaning Service. For once I was surprised in a positive manner. The team of 3 left every room looking as it should after a cleaning. Furthermore, unlike the majority of "professional" cleaning services that essentially split the cleaning of a location over two appointments, Phyllis and her crew did the entire house in one visit. As a monthly customer, going two months in between cleanings of any room is far too long. I don't know if this format was devised to push customers into bi-weekly customers but it is certainly not for me. As this was the first time we used this service I cannot attest to their consistency. However, after such an excellent (spot-on, if you will) first cleaning I am confident it was not a fluke. Lastly, the price was so reasonable it borders on too low for the quality of the work performed. 

They came right in and started immediately with my windows, and then proceeded to wash my walls, refrigerator, bathrooms, and mop  my floors. Very professional crew and was delighted beyond words for having some complete the tasks at hand. I would have them come in again as well as recommend them for any cleaning services.

terrible dusting. did not dust piano, ceiling fans, dvd player etc.
they also omitted an entire room. a room on first floor- I came home with guests arriving in 2 hours and I had to clean floor/room myself.

Cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms, 2 big family rooms, big hall and stairway.  Phyllis and the workers clean very well.  They never bother anything and never break anything.

They did a great job!  I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I have used Phyllis's cleaning service for a couple months now.  The first time, a team of four people cleaned the entire 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with finished basement for $150.  Thereafter, it has been $130 each time since I don't have them clean the bedrooms and bathroom that don't get much use, and it's been a team of two people.  No complaints whatsoever.  They do a great job and even wash the linens and make the master bed.

My experience with Phyllis was just as positive as I was lead to believe it would be based upon all the favorable comments I read on Angie's List. 

Phyllis arrived exactly on time with her granddaughter to assist her.  After a brief tour of my home, both got to work immediately.  They were pleasant but not talkative, asking questions when necessary, otherwise just getting the job done.  And Phyllis really knows her stuff.  When they were done, my house looked beautiful, especially my hardwood floors which had not looked so good in I can't remember how long.

Her services are not cheap, but it was the exact amount she had quoted in our phone conversation. Besides, you get what you pay for, and Phyllis is worth every penny.  I used Phyllis' services while my regular cleaning person was ill so I have not used her since that one time, but I absolutely would call her again.  And if I ever am in need of a new, regularly scheduled cleaning person, Phyllis will be the one I call.

I have been working with Phyllis's Cleaning Service for about 3 months. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this crew. When I contacted Phyllis, she was quick to get back to me and they could start the next day. We started with a top-to-bottom cleaning of my whole house, including windows. Everything looked great and my bathrooms have never been so shiny! They've been coming for the past 3 months every 2-4 weeks and I have not been disappointed. The house looks great every time. The women that come (usually a team of 3) are always super friendly and professional. They are willing to use alternate cleaning products if you need that and strive to make sure everything is cleaned the way you would like. I highly recommend this team!

Phyllis answered my initial questions before providing service through the Angie's List email exchange. Pricing was given up front so I understood what was included in basic cleaning service and what the extras were. Phyllis and her crew of two were right on time for our scheduled appointment. Actually 10 minutes early. They started right in and didn't stop for three hours. We inspected the first floor when completed and they asked if they missed anything. Two small items were overlooked and were remedied immediately. We priced out the windows as we went and I ultimately had them do them all. This was a late spring cleaning and I was completely satisfied with the work performed.
