PHILLIPS LUMBER & GLASS

On 10/26, at about 8:30 in the evening, someone threw a rock through my kitchen window. I started making phone calls the following morning (Sunday) to have the window repaired. I left a message for one "24-hour emergency service" glass company. Then I checked Angie's List. Mr. Phillips does not advertise emergency service, but I called a left a message anyway. He called me that evening and asked how early he could come to my home on Monday morning. I told him I had taken the day off from work to get the window repaired, and he told me he could measure the window in the morning, fabricate the new one at his shop, and then install the same day. He did exactly what he said he could do. My new window was in place by 2:30 in the afternoon. And by the way, the so-called 24 hour service never called me until Monday morning.
