Perfect Home Inc. exceeded my expectations regarding quality of work, attention to detail, and cleanliness of worksite. Exceptional effort was made to ensure that the house was left in a weather-tight condition at the end of each work day. Steve, John, and Robert are craftsmen, taking great pride in the work. The team answered all of my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. Necessary repairs were performed to underlying structures as required, at reasonable additional cost. Improvements were also made to existing underlying structures to allow proper installing of siding/capping. All work was performed in accordance with the proposal. No shortcuts were taken. Some unexpected pluses were the use of high quality wood simulated capping over all wood surfaces and installation of aluminum capping of frames between storm/entry doors. The installation of vinyl soffit where aluminum capping would have sufficed was a 1st class touch. The Perfect Home team was fully on board with my desire that the house retain it's 1948 character. This goal was fully achieved, along with the added efficiencies of high performance glass, installation of professional grade wind/moisture barriers beneath the architectural shingles and insulated vinyl siding, and a new insulated entry door. With regards to the storm doors, Steve advised that the quality level that I chose wasn't necessary for my needs, and suggested a different grade at significant cost savings while still maintaining good quality.

Company was backed up, so long delay between saying "do it" and it getting done.

I found Perfect Home, Inc. through "word of mouth."  A friend of mine recommended the company to me, and I am forever grateful for the recommendation. The company is a local company to me, and I am a firm believer in supporting the local economy. I have absolutely no need or desire to go to a national company when I have a local company of the highest caliber available to me.

All the work Perfect Home has done for me has  been exceptional. The owner is a gem to work with, and the employees of the company are the best I have ever had to deal with. The work is completed in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. I never worry, for even a second, when Perfect Home works on my home. It's my biggest investment and the company, the owner and the employees have my complete trust and confidence.

Perfect Home helped me with my insurance company after the 2014 hail storm. The owner met with my insurance adjuster when I was not satisfied with the initial insurance claim estimate. Since I know nothing about roofs and gutter systems, the assistance from Perfect Home was greatly appreciated. The insurance company could have told me anything and I would not have known if it was correct, or not. As it turned out once Perfect Home met with the adjuster, the claim was adjusted, Perfect Home replaced my roof and gutter system, and I was a happy camper.

I am not a wealthy person but I have been pleased with the pricing of all the jobs Perfect Home has done for me. I have not had any issues with Perfect Home, and they always return my calls when I have any questions about past or future work, and there will be future work.

I will NOT allow another contractor in my home that does the same type work that Perfect Home does. I just cannot say enough about them, and I am a stickler for good quality work. Before you turn your home over to anyone, to do the type of work Perfect Home does, do yourself a favor and call Perfect Home.

The install was easy and done in half a day.  Six months later, the door is still perfect, I'm very happy with the job.

I would have liked to have gotten the doors in sooner. He graciously accommodated me with the first door. They were very busy, so I had to wait for the second door. They did such a good job that I was pleased with them.

They couldn't actually complete the task tat day, so a couple of months ago they dropped the windows off. I called them a few times and they haven't come out yet. I was not impressed with their work at all. They were very professional when they came to the initial estimate and it went downhill from there. They left quite a mess in the way they were supposed to put things back and hang certain things and hang curtains and clean and sweep up their messes, they didn't do any of that. They had to change schedules to suit themselves, not to suit the customer and didn't clean up well after themselves. It has been very difficult to get them to respond to the few problems that are covered in the warranty.

Steve was excellent to work with. Excellent quality of work and organization of the job. Began and completed the job on an agreed upon schedule. Work area neat and tidy. Felt safe allowing access to my home when I was away.

They were fabulous from start to finish. Straight forward pricing, no hidden costs. Cleaned up every day before leaving. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They took their time to do the job right.

Had received two other quotes before finding Perfect Home on Angie's List.  Best find I've made in years, if not decades.  First quote was actually out of the ballpark, felt like I was being sold a timeshare.  Second quote from a large indoor hardware/lumber yard.  Problem with them they couldn't get the quote straight.
Contacted Steve via email on Angie's List.  Got a prompt response that evening.  Explained I needed a slider replaced.  Made an appointment for him to come to the house.  He arrived on time, assessed the slider and made recommendations.  Went with a Anderson Series 200.  His quote was below that large indoor lumber yard, and also included installation.  He finished this evening and deserves a mounting of praise.  The installation looks perfect, he even chance the inside molding around the door.

Second job was a repair to my corner of my garage from a vehicle hit.  Called Steve the evening it happened, Friday, he came to the house first thing in the morning.  Gave me a quote and was on the job Monday, on time, great work and was finished just after lunch. Returned the following day to finish speckling the drywall.
Third job, sent him a picture today and look forward to seeing his guys again.  
It's not often one finds a person/group/business that actually does quality work at an honest price.  Shows up when they say and does the work they promise.

It went very well. The workers are skilled and knowledgeable. They are punctual and professional. The owner is top notch as well. I just called them to do more work for me.

They did a very good job, were professional, on time and I would recommend them.? There were some roof rafters that were too small they had to replace and adjusted to get the roof true.

Steve and company at Perfect Home were perfect.  Steve quoted a price for a new front door, transom, and construction that the original manufacturer quoted for just the door!  Steve was very knowledgeable and helped us make informed design choices that really proved to be the right choices!  They were always on time, professional, and accommodating.  Also, while removing the old door, we discovered some old termite damage that required that two joists and the entire foyer floor be replaced.  Without hesitation, Steve and co. jumped into action and had a new floor down in a few hours and was still able to install the new door and transom at a very reasonable and fair price.  We are ecstatic about the results!

My experience overall went excellently. I was very pleased with all of the work he provided. He was knowledgeable in his field and very helpful. He was not pushy at all and provided all of the information I requested. He was also prompt and efficient. He always kept me informed on the work via email or text. I would highly recommend this service provider to others.

Perfect Home Inc. matched the Big Deal that I purchased from one of the competitors and gave me the best price. He's very honest. He doesn't suggest anything expensive or not needed. The entire process was very, very good. The work was very nicely done and as he had promised. Overall, he's a very nice person.

It was a perfect experience.  Everything was wonderful and their price is good.  We are very happy about everything.  The company is very particular down to the last detail.  They have the most thorough estimate that I had.  They call me and give me updates on a regular basis.  They are working hard every day and their workmanship is gorgeous.

Steve, worked with my tight schedule by meeting me after work.  He brought an example of his "preferred" window but spared me the 2 hour sales pitch, unlike many other contractors.  
Steve provided me with multiple prices, based on the inclusion or exclusion of different scope items.  This flexability allowed me to pick and choose my options.
Steve then re-priced my quote to include a lesser priced window that fit my budget and desires for the home (it is soon to be a rental property).
I was kept in the loop as to when the material would be delivered to his shop and the installed at my home.  The install took just over 2 days because of weather, but im sure they could have accomodated a quicker install if I had special needs for an accelerated install.

We got an estimate and OK'ed the work to be done by a different contractor, but they were not responsive regarding working with the insurance company, nor were they responsive about scheduling the repairs.  Called Steve at Perfect Home and he came out, gave us a better estimate and we got the work completed promptly.  They came highly recommended by a friend and we are going to use them again on another project.

Excellent.  Owner gave us a detailed estimate and clearly explained the work.  Owners brother was main installer.  He and his partner did an excellent job from start to finish.

Prices were reasonable. More importantly, the team was very professional and delivered exactly what was promised, and on time. Many of the cellar windows were very difficult to replace--ours is a very old home with deep and difficult to access windows. No complaints from Steve's team: they accepted the challenge and did a phenomenal job. We were very pleased with their work, and highly recommend them.

They are great to deal with. I think their prices are reasonable. They're on time, clean, and very professional. They are just very easy to deal with. I would absolutely give them As across the board. They're terrific.

I chose Perfect Home based on work they had done for several of my neighbors. They are a small local company. The president of the company came to my house to discuss what I wanted, products that I might want to use, prices and timing. I made my decisions and we contracted to do the work.  They were resonably priced, thoroughly professional, prompt, efficient and very clean. This year (2012) I am working with them to replace my windows and front storm door.

Came in and used plastic on inside to eliminate debris in the house.  Did upstairs on the first day and downstairs the second day.  Also came back a third day to fix some wood work outside as well as insulate and caulk all the windows,  Can already tell a huge difference in warmth.

They were very professional, prompt, clean, and pleasant to deal with. It couldn't have been a better experience. I really was very impressed with them. I expected it to be that way because of the recommendations I got about them. They took care of some additional things that needed to be done, it was handled very well.
