They took furniture few weeks ago and they returned it last week. They've done a phenomenal job. Great work. I would highly recommend them. Wonderful work, quality, professionalism, nice people. Easy to work with. Really nice people. Everything matches it.

The chair is repaired. The upholstery work was good and the mechanism seems to be holding up. Reasonable pricing. Picked up and delivered.

The repair was done a week ahead of what was promised. The nice, knowledgeable staff was very helpful. The quality of the work was terrific. This is a company that exceeds expectations.

They did an amazing job... came out & picked up the desk (2 side pedestals)... took about 2 weeks, and the results were amazing. This desk had deep stress cracks and they were able to make it look like new. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful. The headboard was perfect. I was worried since it was so high, but it turned out exactly as I wanted. My kitchen chairs were needing the be renewed. They were needing to be tightened and not totally refinished, but brought back to life. The chairs turned out great. I am very satisfied with the work performed by Scott and his crew.

The work that Scott did was great, and I couldn't be happier. My dresser had multiple scratches, dings, and gouges after being moved, and after Scott was done they all magically disappeared! Scott is also extremely professional and very nice, and I would have no qualms about having him come back to do more work or to recommend him to friends.
The only negative to the service was getting Scott scheduled to come out. When I first called I was told that Scott was out on the road and he would get back to me once he got back. Unfortunately I didn't hear back from Scott for a few days, but we were finally able to get him scheduled to come out and do the estimate about a week and a half later. Normally a wait like that would really bother me, but it's furniture - it's not going anywhere!
Unfortunately due to my own screw up I missed the estimate appointment I had setup, so it took another week or so to get Scott rescheduled. After the estimate, it then took another week or so to get him scheduled to do the actual repair. All in all it took about four weeks from my first call to get the work done, but part of that was my fault because I missed an estimating appointment which in turn resulted in a wasted trip for Scott.
The moral of the story is Scott runs a small business, so sometimes things take a little longer than we're used to in this Amazon Prime world. The delays are also a testament to just how busy Scott is. He's definitely worth the wait, and you would rather have the guy that everyone's calling to come and repair your stuff than the guy sitting around doing nothing.

New Life Furniture Systems are wonderful. We've used them before. They did an excellent job. They were prompt and did as I asked. They picked it up and dropped it off when they were done. They were professional and very nice.

I called to schedule an appointment to have them look at the job. Scott came out to my house within a couple of days. He looked at the job, explained what they would do for the repair and took the time to answer my questions. He made me feel at ease and confident in their ability. He gave me the estimate and took the pieces that day. A few weeks later he brought the pieces back and I was amazed at how they looked. Absolutely flawless! Both pieces looked brand new and there was no sign whatsoever that they had been damaged. I also had them refinish a mirror for the master bathroom to match a new vanity I had purchased. The color match was perfect. I would highly recommend New Life Furniture Systems. Definitely worth the price. Very courteous, professional and true artists!!

Excellent work, the piece looks great! Took about 5 weeks versus the 3 weeks quoted, but I was not in a hurry so this was not a problem....

Scott Alexander is the owner and the lead guy that takes care of the refinishing. My wife absolutely loves him. He is not the cheapest around, but the products he delivers are top notch, and they look just beautiful. We have had several pieces done, and we have spent several thousand dollars with this particular individual. I would recommend him without a doubt. He is quite disappointed that we don’t have anything else at this point that needs to be done.
