Just Perfect.

We called for a quote they responded promptly we had 4 tall pine trees dying with disease and a fifth that was dead their quote was very reasonable. They came out and were super efficient had the right equipment and were done in under 5 hours. Definitely recommend.

I was a little apprehensive about these guys as the google reviews complained about them not showing up. But, many neighbors had used them and recommended them so I got the quote. Was pretty reasonable. My other quote was from Barlett and although they seemed super professional and knowledgeable, their quote was way higher than my budget. Went with these guys and called the day before work was scheduled just to make sure all was well (based on those google reviews). Well, they showed up right on time and after a little polite discussion, started right in. Work went well. They did what they promised in a timely manner. Took care of a few items I pointed out on the fly too. Seemed pretty open to direction as the job was ongoing and made minor changes to the work on the fly. Lead guy (with the chainsaw and climbing up the tree) was very friendly and communicative. Tree work done was overall good. I noticed a few branches not cut at right angle to the supporting branches with pieced left sticking up but mostly the work seemed good. They cleaned it all up well too. Would definitely hire them again.

Great - we are very happy, as are our neighbors. The tree's roots were threatening their foundation.

They did a fantastic job for us, and even worked with our neighbor, as the large tree bordered their property too in order to cut away and remove all the dead branches and debris. Everything was done quickly and cleaned up nicely, very happy!

I met with Fred Mitsdarfer on Thursday, April 9 to discuss the work I wanted done to my front and back yard. I asked that the back bushes be trimmed to about 6? tall, the off shoot branches be trimmed off the large tree in the back and that the front tree be trimmed away from the house on both sides. He quoted me $150 and said the team could be out on Friday, April 10 to do the job. The team did come on April 10 when I was at work but upon my return home I noticed that the front tree was not trimmed the way I had asked, in fact, it barely looked different. I sent Fred an email that same day, explaining my dissatisfaction, and he responded by saying ?will stop by tomm.? Saturday arrived and Fred did not come. I sent another email on Monday, April 13, informing Fred that I received the invoice in the mail but that I would not pay it until he was able to come over and address the situation to my satisfaction. I did not hear from him so I sent another email on Thursday, April 16 stating that I would appreciate it if the issue was addressed as soon as possible and again stated that I would send the payment once he came to the house. I called the company on Monday, April 20 and left a message with a woman who said she would pass the note on to the main office. I never got a call back. I sent partial payment with a certified letter giving a deadline as to when the work would need to be finished, if he wanted the full invoice amount. The check was cashed and he may have called (missed call but no voicemail left) but the work was left in a way that I was not satisfied with.

It was initially difficult to get an estimate. It took 3 calls but was worth the trouble. The estimate was in my front door and I called to request a meeting to trim the 2 other trees. It took a while to arrange. Fred Mitsdarfer knows his business and his prices are excellent!

Contacted for Service Quote on July 22nd, Quote were provided same day and the next day the dead tree was completely removed to our satisfaction. Great customer service, Competitive pricing, clean and quick job done! I am amazed by their efficiency, friendly crew! I will keep them on my contact list for any future needs and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors without reservation!

EXCELLENT! I am very pleased with the work, once the team arrived. They do not return phone calls timely nor do they give you much notice of when they do work. Other than that, all workers were very professional and did a a great job!

They are honest - I have used them four different times and will use them again!

They arrived at 8:30 and had left 3 hours later with the trees gone and stumps ground too. I had had several other estimates from other tree services which had been nearly 3 times as much, charging $375 just to grind the stumps. One even said that the job would take a day and a half at least. So I was very happy with Mitsdarfer's job. They cleaned up and didn't hit anything!

I agree with the other reviewers as I didn't know when they were coming to do the job and had thought that they had forgotten. It was @ 3 weeks between accepting their estimate and doing the job and they just turned up one morning. Aparently they were really busy. But I would definitely recommend them.

Initially, the quote took about 2 weeks. I made a few calls to remind and he missed one day but came another. Then possibly another 10 days, the job was done in a very efficient manner.

The work they did was fine. Their price was what I liked the most about them. They thought that it would just take one day and it turned out to take 2 days. It was a more delicate job than they thought it would be. I think the trees were really close to the house. I did not know they were but they were. The best part was that they stuck with their quote. The first day they were fine but the second day when they had to comeback they informed me that they would be here at 9:00 am; I was here till noon and didn't see them but later when I came back the tree was gone.

Trimming was done around the trees, but they did not do the top.  There was a crew of 5 people.  They worked fast and efficiently.
