MICRO OVENS OF DELAWARE

When I called to see if they could address my problem, the person answering the phone was very helpful even to the point of suggesting that I pull the oven out of its built-in setup and bring the oven in to the shop, so that i could avoid a pickup charge. I was told that they would examine the unit and perform any needed service up to $65.00. If the problem was going to cost more than that to fix, they would call me before performing the work. When I brought the unit in, I was told that the problem was probably something minor with the door switch and that it shouldn't run more than $95-$100.
The provider determined that the problem was in the door switch. they replaced the switch, checked out that the oven was working properly and even tightened up couple of parts that had loosened, all at the low end of their estimate.

They could not have been better at service, responsiveness and professionalism. Over the phone and in person they saved the day. See what they did above.

Went very well. I called the office, they ordered the needed glass and they were replacing the glass in my door in just a couple of days

Micro Ovens was very responsive and reasonably priced. We had used them before for work on the downdraft fan and even longer ago to fix a microwave oven. Their work has always been superior.

They did a good job. They didn't leave a mess. They forgot to do one little part of the job, but as soon as I called them, they came out and fixed it.

Marie was very nice on the phone. I just dropped off my microwave and about a week later I picked it up and it was fixed. It just needed a small fuse. It has worked great ever since - it was about a year ago.
