+ -1 moreIn the beginning she was great and very responsive. She arrived on time and really grasped the concept of our new ideas to improve upon our home. When we reached the middle of the project she became very sloppy and poor in responding to phone calls. She failed to provide adequate oversight, the project became burdensome and many important details were left incomplete. For example she failed to obtain the Engineer s seal that would outline that the balcony was sound in structure. This caused further delay. She never provided answers or addressed my concerns and abandoned the project.
Description of Work: She identified herself as an architect as she did the plans for the remodeling project I had going on. The project included remodeling my kitchen and bathroom.
