He was reasonably priced. I spent $2100. He came out and cracked out my sidewalk around the side of my house, cleaned it and put new concrete in.It's holding up really good and he did a nice job. He was efficient.

Mike came out promptly to estimate the work in front of the house. After that estimate, but before the front sidewalk work started, I had a sewer line dug up on the side of the house and called him again to come out to estimate replacing the sidewalk that would be dug up to replace the sewer line. Again, he promptly came out to do that.

All the work was done in two days. Mike and his crew came out early in the morning (on a very hot day) and worked through the day. They came back to finish up the next morning and did an outstanding job.

I'll be calling him again to put a patio in my back yard!

The sidewalk in front of my house had some areas that were chipped and broken off, mostly on the edges. At first I thought that all the concrete would have to be ripped off and new concrete poured in. Mike Francisco took a look and gave me an honest quote for a repair. He also gave a quote to have new concrete poured in, more expensive obviously, but he said that was not necessary. Thus he is honest about the necessary work that has to be done to get he problem fixed.
Today he finished the job. He was very careful and did an excellent job. He started two days ago and did not rush the job. The sidewalk looks as new.
I recommend his services and workmanship.
