It went okay. They did a good job. They came out during the scheduled time. They got done on time. I probably will end up using them again.

They were great. They were very helpful and efficient. They were clean and neat. They were very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process and it made it very easy.

It turned out phenomenal. They told me what was a reasonable price per square footage. They were $2000 cheaper than the big guys. They were a great company to work with.

Unfortunately, after 4 years of living here, the product is failing, and the flooring needs to be addressed. I contacted Lumber Liquidators and asked if they would be willing to honor their warranty, and address the issues I'm encountering with their product. The floors really did look beautiful when we first moved in. I was told that there was nothing they could do for me without the proper paperwork, even though I have extra stock in my basement with serial numbers, etc. I then asked to appeal my case with the appropriate manager. I waited 8 days before reaching out to Lumber Liquidators again, and received a reply from the same customer service representative. Her response was and quot;I do apologize, I have spoken with my management team but the same answer I gave you before is what stands. We would not be able to do anything unless we had the original purchase information. Again I am sorry that we can not do anything further.and quot;

Buyer beware!!!! These are the facts.

1. Bellawood Hardwood is very expensive.

2. Bellawood is NOT a 100 year product.

3. Lumber Liquidators stands behind small print and NOT their product.

4. Lumber Liquidators' management team is unresponsive and fails to address customer requests in a timely manner.

Although I may not qualify for warranty work through some technicality, I fully intend to make other buyers aware of the and quot;warrantyand quot; issue. What ever happened to craftsmanship, and standing behind your product?
