It went very well. Tim came right out on a Thursday evening (he was there within 30-45 minutes or so of my call - very fast!). He fixed it right up with no issues, and we thought that the price was totally fair considering the amount of work involved. He also corrected the underlying issue, which was the the person who originally installed the pipe had failed to put in a metal protector plate to prevent this from happening - very well done. We will definitely use Tim again.

It went very well. I called Tim in the morning and he called me that evening. He came out in a few days to do the work and did an excellent job !!!! I was very happy with his work !! He showed up on time, was very professional and a real nice guy. I will definitely be using him again !!!

I used Tim because my normal plumber (Russo Brother's) didn't answer. He was very professional on the phone, and was able to come out on the same day with no extra charge. The first problem was a leak in the toilet, and he fixed that by replacing a supply line. Then he replaced our faucet on the sink -- he even had a perfect spare in his truck.
My only (very minor) issue is that he spent some time answering calls while he was here, but that works both ways - I'm glad he answered my call on some other person's job. He also bills for travel time to your house, which in my case was about 20 minutes.
He was a very nice guy and got right to work. He was careful to clean up any water that splattered while he fixed things. I also thought that his prices were very reasonable. I will definitely call him first next time.

Each time Tim arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done with us, gave us a firm price for the work, went out and got the parts he needed from the parts house, performed his work and cleaned up. He was neat and clean.
