 + -1 moreThere were numerous delays in this installation that was not related to the weather. I was told numerous times by the owner that work would be completed by a certain date. No work was completed on those dates promised and no one called to cancel or apologize for not doing the work. Also, it took over a month for Liberty Services to acknowledge I was owed a "First in Neighborhood" rebate. I called them 5 times just for them to state that I was owed the rebate that was clearly written in the contract. As of March 3rd, I have yet to receive my refund. I was told that I will receive it in 7 to 10 days. Today is day number 8.
