 + -1 moreMuch better than I ever thought it could be! I really appreciated Mr. Ficca's full explanation and offering several possibilities for proceeding.
Description of Work: Tuned my 58 year old piano -- suggested options, and I decided to do a regular tuning to restore the piano about 50% of where it needs to be. Sounds much better than 50%! Will follow up when I call for the next level of tuning. Excellent, professional and considerate of customer's needs as well as what was best for the piano.
