Good job (but pricey) on the gutters, structural wall, cabinet work, attic fan and sliding door. Poor job on the painting. They used the wrong type of paint. We specified eggshell so it could be cleaned, but they used flat which cannot be cleaned. They promised a suede finish on the walls in the master bathroom. They initially failed to give us the suede finish and then tried to back out of that promise. We pressed hard and they evetually brought in a specialist to do the suede finish correctly (no added cost to us). The coaxial cable had to be redone by FIOS. The refurbishing of the master bath did not go well. The fixtures do not match. We had to have them re-install a bathroom vent three times. We had to get a plumber to reinstall the sink drain properly. On the up-side, they were responsive to our complaints and most of the items were eventually fixed. Overall, the problems are minor compared to the big things they did correctly, However, there were so many mistakes that they needed to fix (or we later paid someone else to fix) that we cannot rate this company above a "C."
