When Horizon tunes up your equipment they check everything top to bottom and do a complete clean up of a/c coil and condensate drains for htr and a/c. Installation of water filters was totally professional and somewhat complicated due to my home having a plex plumbing system connected to copper inlet. No short cuts or excuses.

Inspection went well. HVAC equipment was installed and maintained by Horizon. Technician was on time, and was professional in interaction with me. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and explained the results when the inspection was completed. there were no unexpected charges. Not the cheapest, but I am looking for good, not cheap.

Always pleased with HVAC services. Most recently, had an outside faucet pipe burst causing basement water damage. The plumber explained his repair procedure and reasons perfectly to our understanding.

Thought the water heater went South was ready to replace The technician said that the air intake was clogged with lint He cleaned it and it was up and running. This prompted me to have the dryer cleaned as to avoid a fire.so this was much more than a normal call

Horizon Services Warranty Entrapment New to Delaware, but struggling with a HVAC warranty issue with Horizon. Advice Please. I have been waiting 3 months for an Appointment to get my annual HVAC system serviced by the Horizon team. Starting this process in June, I was told that September 12th was now an Option after 10 min on hold. I did not accept this as this was another month out and I was not available. I have made no less than 5 attempts to get a service appt on my HVAC and each time, since the "10 Year Warranty" maintenance team is 1/10 the size of the fleet driving around, I was told I would be put on a waiting list to be called back. Nothing! No one ever called me. I keep calling them. Horrible! My frustration is a legal one: My system warranty was several thousand dollars on top of the new units and installation. However If i dont get a $149/year Annual Service I void this; if someone else services the units-I void this. I want a way out: 1) Horizon to reimburse or pay another HVAC company of my choosing to perform this service, and keep my warranty in tack in writing. 2) How about a business model for warranty holders: Schedule me like a Dentist....11-12 months year from my last appointment (provided not winter so my AC can be checked), they send me an appointment reminder. This is a big hassle, anyone else have this issue? PS> During my call 8/16 at around 10:30am, i told the representative this was it, if no call back, I would hit social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Nextdoor, BBB). Basically, they were professional. They were on time. They were clean.

I wasn't very happy with them. I thought their prices were very high. I thought they were high. All they did was install a faucet and they charged me $300 and I thought that was excessive. They work was good. I would not recommend them because of their pricing. They're just too expensive.

I graded them this way because of their promptness.  They are on time.  They come exactly when they say they are going to.  They leave the house exactly the way they came in.  There's never anything messed up, they never leave any mess.  And their workers there are top notch.

Very good.  They are perfect. They are reliable and they do excellent work.  They do an excellent job, they are professional, and they give you good tips, so I give them a high rating. They do plumbing and a whole bunch of stuff.

The service is pretty good. I would refer them if someone needed a plumber. We had a bad storm and our hot water heater went, they were projecting a bad storm, and my hot water heater went the day before the storm, and they came out and replaced it before the storm. I wasn't happy with the price, nothing we can do about that.

They were great. Price, they were good. We were very very happy with all of it. What keeps me going back is the quality, price, and the service is great. They workers were great, really good.

They happened to carry the brand we wanted. We had used another company that went out of business that we liked better. I would use them again if I didn't find another company I liked better. My neighbor uses them a lot. They could improve their prices a little. 

To get them to do the check up's on the system, you have to kind of chase them down. They are a little reluctant and give you a song and dance. It takes them a long time to get around to doing it.

Great - work done in a very timely fashion, great price, and the technician was very friendly and professional.

When you buy new from them, they come out twice a year to check over the unit.  We had a gas leak that no one could find and they actually came out three or four times to try to figure out where it was. They did everything they could to get the price down.  Coupons, manufacturer's discounts, etc.  Later we had someone to install a gas fireplace, and he came upstairs and said, "You have a new heating system and I want you to know that I have never seen anything installed so nicely.  Everything is new!  Every bolt, every screw, etc. Everything is brand new." What they do is totally excellent work.

We are very pleased with them.  It must be said, they are expensive.  But they are very, very reliable. They had to open up a wall to find a link.  They had to cut a hole in the wall and made it to be able to fit a pre-made plate that they don't carry.  But they went and got it for us from Home Depot. They just went above and beyond.  They always do.  The also have a preferred customer program that runs about $100 a year and offers discount off of service call and get immediate service. They're kinda like the Rolls Royce in this area. They are straight A's except their price. We were not pleased with the way it worked at first, and they came back immediately and fixed it.  The repair was in their normal scope but we just wanted it to look a little better.  They have never not come out immediately when we've called them.
