They were perfect, fine. They have done a lot of things. The price was fine.

Plumber came in, said he fixed the toilet, and he was going to send a water damage specialist crew to help clean up the mess from the leak.  I asked if we should test the leak repair, the plumber said no need to do so. However, the leak came back after the plumber left. Horizon quickly came back out after I called. The plumber seemed sincere in his apology for the incorrect work and Horizon didn't charge for the additional work. Horizon also paid for a specialist to come out and repair the ceiling that had been damaged from the leak.

The technician got everything unclogged in a short amount of time. I'm not crazy over the idea of their 4 hour window.  However, in this instance, they missed the 4 hour window so I did received this service free. 

Steve and Jim were warm and receptive to answering questions as well as being very professional. You can tell they know what they are doing by the way they paid attention to all the details needing to be done to install the system. I highly recommend this company not only for all their employees, with whom we have always had good experiences, but also for the quality of their appliances. You'll pay more for work done by Horizon but you do get what you pay for. You pay more but you get more.

There was nothing special about that. They came on time. They could improve their cost, that's the only thing I had in mind.

We've used Horizon in emergencies. They are prompt but they are expensive. I think we spent $80.

They are hit and miss with the quality of service and the people they send out. They need to be consistent in the people that come out, consistent with the prices and the techs are there to help and not sell you something.

Needed to move a gas line because the new stove didn't have the same access the old one did.  Great service as usual.

They did a great job for me answer my questions about a bathroom remodel we have been planning

Horizon seems to be a fine provider.  The come within the time frame to which they committed; they put shoe coverings on in the house, and appear to be competent.  They are fairly expensive.  But the key for us is that they spend so much time up-selling that they diminish the impact of their good service.  On the last visit they suggested we replace our heat pump, this time they wanted to install an electronic filter system, they never come w/out trying to sell something else.  Next time we are calling another company for a review of the system.
