After doing research online about what material to use and how much would be required, I contacted several local companies for estimates.  Total price with delivery ran fairly close, but the big difference with Holland Mulch was that they were the only company that suggested the correct material.
When a company asked what material I wanted, my reply to each was the same -- whatever the County would consider ok for creating a hard surface for parking space.  All suggested some variety of stone/gravel, except Holland Mulch, who offered the additional alternative of a mix of stone and stone dust.  Using the mixture obviated the need for sand and would help the stones fit together better, which is exactly what my research had said.  In addition, their price happened to be the lowest on both material and delivery.
But what kicks my rating over the top is the delivery.  First, it was exactly when requested, and the driver called ahead; however, I missed it. Therefore, I didn't have the chance to specify my preference for dumping the stone.  I envisioned a huge pile at the end of the driveway, blocking one or both sides - that would have been the easiest for the driver.  Instead, the driver had taken the care and time to unload it right on the landscape fabric marking the area for the parking space and made sure the driveway stayed clear.
How wonderful it would be if all encounters in home improvement went this well!!
Note:  First I called several providers chosen from Angie's List, but when none offered the stone mixture recommended in my research, I called Holland Mulch, which did not appear in the category, but I knew offers FREE yard waste recycling to home owners, which was a boon after DSWA stopped collecting. I am surprised that the other review was not as positive.

Topsoil was very poor quality. Was supposed to be screened but there were huge sticks and large rocks in it and the soul was poor quality. They were able to deliver the same day that we called but I would not use them again especially since I could get better topsoil for the same price elsewhere.
