Gutter Cleaning

A responsive excellent gutter cleaning service. Thanks Jason for making my worries go away.

Kevin did a great job. I called and Kevin came out the next
day. Kevin let us know that our roof was installed incorrectly and that was why
we were getting water down the side of our house and in the basement. He fixed
the problem for us while he was on the roof.

Technician arrived promptly, checked the gutters, cleared all blockages.

First, the owner returned my call promptly and gave me an estimate over the phone. We scheduled the work and he arrived within the time window. We inspected the gutters together and he asked about blockage problems. He then proceeded to perform the work and when complete walked me around again explaining the job. Great communication.

I called Kevin, and he returned my call quickly. He said he'd come out in two days. He arrived with 2 other men, they were here for one hour, and he couldn't have been more pleasant, polite, and efficient. I thought this price was a good price.

What a find! Kevin returned my call within a couple of hours, gave me a quote and was on the job the next day. The gutters are now running perfectly. I highly recommend him to all.

Kevin's customer service is superb. I have a 2-story colonial and, after a bad experience with expensive gutter guards that cost a lot of money but didn't work very well at all, I simply wanted the gutters cleaned. After looking in the Yellow Book yellow pages, I called 4 companies; Kevin returned my call that same evening. Two of the companies never called back, while one called back five days later. Kevin provided the estimate over the phone (based on a description of the house), showed up on time with his assistant to do the job after I hired him, and provided great service. He was very easy to work with, and his job performance was outstanding. All in all, excellent service.

The clogged gutter was found and the clog removed. All the gutters and downspouts were checked and cleaned. Kevin was very upfront about what he was insured to perform and what he wasn't insured to perform (specifically snaking out the drain if necessary).

I've hired Kevin Konitzer twice now to clean my gutters. I found him on your list last year. He called me back the same day and did the job with-in a week. This year I told him I had to be away for awhile and he called me back on exactly the day we had agreed upon. Both times the job was done well, gutters are running clear and all debris was totally cleaned up. Kevin is very professional and a nice man to deal with.

I called three companies for estimates Kevin returned my call the same day and gave me an estimate over the phone. It took one week for one of the other companies to call me back and I am still waiting for an estimate from the third company. When I called Kevin to say he had the job, he called me the same day and was able to come out that afternoon to perform the work, and at that time I had not told him of the problem of the water damage to the steps fortunately he had something in the truck to take care of it.
