We would give George 10 stars if we could! To summarize a long story... we put our home on the market in April with a different realtor. He gave us poor insight and guidance into marketing conditions and pricing. We had two showings in the three months it was listed with this realtor, who then would not allow us out of our contract. We were told that we were unrealistic (based partially on information this realtor had provided to us) and that our house would never sell near the price point we needed. When the contract finally expired, we met with three other realtors, plus George. George was professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, George had A PLAN to sell our house. He was able to share weekly activities and an overall strategy to get our house off the market. He offered us graphs and information about pricing and timing of activities, plus demographics of who would buy our house and how he would reach them. He recommended that we list the house for more than any of the other realtors. We signed up with him and he sold our house within 3 weeks for MORE than the other realtors had recommended LISTING the house. Couldn't have more positive things to say about him - he's the #1 Guy for a reason. Don't waste your time with other realtors, call George today! :-)

From the beginning he liked George, his professionalism, honesty and his friendly manner. He was very accurate when he told him what the house was worth and what similar properties in the area where selling for and . It was listed on a Thursday, George had an open house on the following Sunday afternoon and by 6pm the house under contract! Everyone should have an outstanding real estate agent like George.
