Company was responsive in visiting to comment on the estimate. Mark Denny was very helpful in explaining what and why certain repairs were needed. Also, while they suggested other work to the roof, he also said it was not critical and absolutely no pressure to perform anything other than the requested service. The repair team showed up; performed the work and cleaned up the area before leaving.
