Description of Work: MUST READ COMMENTS! Initial experience and work were all A ratings; no issues. However, this year we had another link and appeared to be related to Pollinger's work. In attempting to contact them, it was a complete disaster. They did NOT return any phone calls/voice mail. You only got their phone greeting. Later, obtained the phone number of the subcontractor who did the work in 2009, but they only wanted to know how we got their number; any questions related to work quality had to go to the elusive Pollinger. In the end: Pollinger was purchased by another company (Wilmington Roofing Co who also did not return calls), so they appear out of business. The leak turned out to be something else and repaired by G. Fedale Roofing & Siding (A rating; see report).

+ -1 moreCompany was responsive in visiting to comment on the estimate. Mark Denny was very helpful in explaining what and why certain repairs were needed. Also, while they suggested other work to the roof, he also said it was not critical and absolutely no pressure to perform anything other than the requested service. The repair team showed up; performed the work and cleaned up the area before leaving.
