I hired Francis Kelly & Sons to replace my front porch slab and front sidewalk. They are a pleasure to work with, start to finish. Dan came out promptly to provide the estimate. The work commenced within 3 weeks, and was completed in the projected timeframe. Quality is fantastic. Both Dan and Cynthia are professional, communicate well, are nice people, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Kelly from the time of the estimate to the end of the job. I needed my driveway to be raised to keep from flooding and he did an excellent job. His crew was friendly and when the work was done, they were back the next day fixing my flower bed and putting in fill dirt and grass seed where needed! I recommend Mr. Kelly without hesitation.

Francis Kelly & Sons, Inc. was hired by my wife and me to replace our front walk and a portion of our driveway. They did a great job; the concrete looks great. We had 5 different contractors come to the house to give their recommendations...no one even came close to the detail and professionalism of Mr. Kelly. We had a severe problem with our garage floor...but now, we have EVERY confidence in the quality of work. PLUS, Mr. Kelly is about one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet...a sheer delight. The office staff is very attentive as well. 100% satisfied...would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kelly!

"So many factors go into pouring concrete. The weather & the concrete deliveries are two factors totally out of our control. Sometimes we are not able to start when we first projected and that is unfortunate. The key is flexibility & patience! But I know it's so hard when it is your home & you want the project done. One problem with Kelly, he has got to keep customers better informed. The original work date was pushed back 3 times - Apr.11 19 21. And on the final day of installation it rained all day, but his crew did a good job in protecting their work from the elements and did a good job on replacing the displaced soil and seeded around the driveway. Kelly does good work for sure but one feels like a small potato when bigger jobs come along. pushing the home owner to the back. That was the feeling I got in hiring him but would still recommend him provided the customer has flex time, which I did not because my house was being listed for sale.

Mr. Kelly was very quick to respond to our request. When he was here working, he went above and beyond our expectations. He took extra care when working to ensure no damage was done to the yard by actually carting the conrete around the house. His work is fantastic and we would highly recommend him.

I needed my concrete driveway, walk, and steps replaced and got three bids. Mr. Kelly made up a detailed itemized estimate of work right there in his truck and stuck to it. He and his crew did a great job and we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

We are very pleased with our finished concrete project. The price quoted at the beginning of the job was EXACTLY what the bill was at the end. During the project, communication was top rate. No moves were made in the construction that were checked and double checked to meet our approval. So many little items came up along the way that were no problem for the team to handle and not tacked on the final bill. The last day, after the crew left, the property was immaculate. They even put down grass seed around the edge of the finished product. So many fine details and pride in workmanship. I would recommend them and would hire them again.
