I looked at the condo one day and asked to go back the next. I made an offer which went back and forth not only to lower the price but to take care of minor issues as well as replace all the windows. Nancy went back and forth with the buyer to get a spectacular price which included the repairs and brand new windows. This is a basement condo and settlement was to take place a day before the hurricane. Nancy suggested we cancel the settlement until after the hurricane so we could see if the apartment got flodded. Nancy went over Sunday and walked around in her bare feet to see if there was any water. The apartment was dry so we went to settlement 4 days later. She was always available to answer questions.
