They came when they said they would come. They did the job efficiently and comprehensively. It was a good experience.

It was good. I didn't even need to be there. They just went in to my property and cleaned it. I just basically did my payment transaction over the phone. I think the pricing was reasonable. They were one of the only companies that could come out quick enough.

They were fine. Their pricing was reasonable. The first time, they did a great job so I called them back. The second time, they left a vacuum cleaner implement and really didn't do a great job. It just wasn't that great of a job and they were really late.

They're personal and flexible with scheduling. They are also flexible in terms of price because if you ask them to do something a little extra they'll do it and don't nickel and dime you for the service.

We had been looking for a and quot;goodand quot; housecleaning company to provide
bi-weekly cleanings for 3 family condos. While this company started out
great, the recent change in personnel has led us to end our service with
them. The quality of their work is getting worse each time they come
out for a cleaning. So the search continues for a company that will
provide quality cleaning services.

First Choice Cleaning Services did a good job cleaning our home and we were satisfied and it was our intention to use them on a regular basis. However, a day or two later we noticed that the clear plastic door on our clothes dryer was heavily scratched in the area where we had left some adhesive from the label that came on the dryer when we bought it. We had decided not to try to remove the adhesive to avoid scratching the door. We would never accuse First Choice staff of making these scratches unless we were completely sure that First Choice was who scratched the door. We are absolutely sure of this because nobody except First Choice has cleaned our house, except us, since we bought the dryer. We wrote to First Choice asking them to remove the scratches and they chose to not even acknowledge our letter. Our experience with them left us with the impression that they are unprofessional and rude by not responding, and that is why we have given them an F in those areas.

Update: First Choice Cleaning Service contacted us after seeing the above review and we reached a mutually agreeable resolution quickly. They reimbursed us for the time and material used to remove the scratches.

We have been thrilled with First Choice cleaning! We found them on Angie's List and I'm so glad that we did. They were the first cleaning company to call us back and gave us a quote right over the phone. They gave us an initial appointment quickly. The cleaning is fantastic and they are so nice to work with. Even better, they have a carpet cleaning element. They came and cleaned our house, and had their carpet cleaner come in right as the team left - so we came home from vacation to a spotless house with freshly laundered rugs. Their prices are also fantastic - far cheaper than the big brands whose work is the same quality. I am thrilled and can't recommend this cleaning company enough!

Their work is not quite as effective as I hoped it would be with some things. However, generally things are fine. They have been flexible with scheduling and dependable with showing up and being on time.

They are excellent and have been outstanding. I had a coupon of theirs and as such I had to pay a lesser amount for their service. I would use them again in the future.

We were looking for a house cleaner to clean our house on a regular basis. 1st Choice worked with us to schedule when it was convenient for us. The first time they cleaned our house they completed a "spring cleaning" of the enitre house. Currently we are scheduled every other week to clean our house. They are easy to communicate with and they priced our cleanings within our budget.

Happy with the work performed. They are flexible.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS WHEN I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS. ONCE I SCHEDULED TO HAVE THE DETAILING DONE, THEY OFFERED TO COME AND PICK THE TRUCK UP FROM OUR HOME. WHEN THEY WERE ALMOST DONE WITH THE TRUCK, THEY CALLED IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR ME TO GET THERE TO PICK IT UP. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
