Appliance Sale
Paid OK price for dishwasher but could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. Went to this dealer because we had used them before. I also went to this dealer because he is an independent and I generally support independent businesses. I also thought I would get better service. All they basically did was to sell me the appliance and give me the installers name to arrange myself. No follow up from them or service after the sale. No calls to see if I was happy with the product. And on top of that, the serial number they gave me for the installation rebate was used previously and the rebate was denied.
