06/06/2011 i noticed a water drip thru my living room ceiling during one of our many storms. I crawled thru the attic to try and identify where the water was entereing. In the attic, I noticed one area of a beam that appeared wet (dark) and the insulation was also dark, both indicating the water was entering thru the roof in that area. Their was no water dripping to show exactly where the water was entering or so i could contain the damage until i was able to get professional support. I contacted Lou at DiBiase Construction LLC License# 027839 2621 Skylark Road, Wilmington Delaware 19808 on 07 June 2013 leaving a message indicating the facts around the damage, water leak and date of roof installation, etc. I contacted Lou with a message on these dates: June 7, 10, on the 13th he finallly returned my call. We agreed to meet at the house on the 18 June for him to review what actions might be necessary. During this time my roof is leaking with each storm as i still cannot find the exact entry point of the water. June 18th he arrives with a co-worker who goes to the roof and the attic, not sure where the entry is but suspect near the skylight he agreed to caulk. It was due to rain that night so we agreed they would return by the end of that week to caulk around the skylight with hope it would stop the leak. Also, Lou was to call and leave me a v-message indicating which day they caulked, i was not needed to be there, so that i can ensure at that point going forward water should not be leaking. Folks, that june 18th visit was the last day i have spoken with him, he has never returned my call or come back to fix the leak. As far as i am concerned, Lou has no professional integrity! I did leave him a message to respond if he was not interested in honoring his workmanship or warranty so that i can have someone else fix the leak. June 17th i was able to remove insallation from the attic ceiling and FOUND the leak, it is coming thru the shingle so i was able to put a bucket in hope to catch the drip. My living room ceiling has water damage and i have a 2yr roof that is still leaking. I stronly suggest against using this company for any service or product, they do not honor their service or workmanship. Sabrina Flath
