They came to me and they were prompt. The young man that they sent was very professional and respectful. I didn't have to ask him to put on the foot booties before entering my home, he did that on his own. He explained everything to me very well. He is coming out to do the work tomorrow!

The people are nice and friendly. They do a good job. My first complaint unfortunately is how the go about it. Instead of being thorough and hitting every book and cranny they just go quick and sloppy and don't take their time. I like that they will come by and do a spray for free if there is an ongoing problem. Lastly, if it happens to be raining the day of your outside service, they won't come and won't call you to reschedule. You have to call them.

They came promptly and did what they said they would do.

They come when they say they will and I am very satisfied with them. They're very polite and they wear booties. I like their attentiveness, quality, and service.

The guy who came out was very personable and nice.  I felt good about talking to him, but I have serious doubts about whether this will work or not.  I feel like, if this doesn’t work, that I will have to be involved in some sort of service plan.  I am afraid that I don’t have time to deal with this and I would rather just replace my sofa.  If they do the job well, I’m all for it.  If not, I don’t want to spend a lot of money and not be any better off than when I started.  Much of what they told me was inconclusive.

I called them, they came here, they did the job, and they went home. They are prompt, and professional. I use them on a regular basis. They come over, and spray stuff, then they go away. I will continue to use their services.

They were very professional and came pretty quickly. After they came the first time, we still had carpenter bee issues; however, they ended up fixing this on the second visit. They seem to be more highly priced for less effective chemicals. Make sure to mention the internet special so save 20% off.

Delmart Termite and Pest Control come to our home every four months for preventative services.  They come out immediately if you have a problem.  I have had them removed bee hives before.  They call before coming also which I like.  They tell you exactly what they are doing and take there time.  I feel the price is fair for the service provided. 

They always do a quality job, and they have proven to be quite reliable.  In fact, I have never had a bad experience with them.

They weren't that great.
