I recently had the pleasure of working with Delcollo Electric, specifically with the talented team of Darrell, Jyair, and Jack. We needed a new Tesla EV charger installed for our recently acquired electric car, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service they provided. Right from the start, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Before beginning the installation, they took the time to thoroughly explain the process, ensuring that I was well-informed about the work they were about to undertake. This transparency immediately instilled confidence in their expertise. The actual installation work was nothing short of pristine. Darrell, Jyair, and Jack displayed a remarkable level of skill and precision throughout the entire process. Dellcollo Electric is the only electrician I would call; they are prompt, efficient and professional. I had fixtures and faulty switches replaces, and they were happy to explain everything to me. They do not waste time or your money, making Delcollo a trusted, cost effective choice for home electrical repair. I feel safer knowing the job was done right.

wonderful service. Delcollo scheduled an appt for the day after I phoned them; their 2 electricians were extraordinarily professional, pleasant, skilled, thorough. They worked for almost 3 hours, searching for the bad wire --fixed! Lights back on!

The two Dal Callo electricians arrived early and immediately got down to business. Some what to my relief, it took some to unravel the "Creature" manner in which the trouble some switch had been wired; one they did, they replaced the old wires & brought things up to code. We're relieved and very pleased.

Rich (electrician) came out on 3/21/16 & we dismissed issue & what repairs needed to be done. Mike gave me 2 different pricing (repair issues; gave his recommendation but left decision to me. Rich came back on 3/24/16 to complete repairs. Rich & associate very respect to) & professional in all matters.

Delcollo person came early, on time, went right to work. Gave good information on everything he did and checked.

Rich the electrician arrived promptly, reviewed the issues with me and performed desired work. Impressed that Rich brought parts that he thought he might need for the job as he understood it which saved time. Appreciate that he took the time to explain the new timer to me.

Front Exterior light was not working. The Technician traced the problem to a defective ballast. Traced wiring in utility room to house panel. Installed wires on existing 50 am circuit breaker and replace 30 am circuit breaker.

Andrew came on very short notice at a time when it was difficult to get service.  He was very professional & knowledgeable.  I was very pleased with the service & I have recommended them.   The price was very reasonable.

Terrible, an utter nightmare.? I had never been sued before and the amount in controversy was trivial.? The suit was petty, vexatious and mean-spirited.? The company is cannot be trusted.

Putting in the transformer was fine and the price was fair. We thought maybe the GFI tripped the fuse on the sauna, but he could not fix the issue. He did spend some time here looking and testing it out, but he could not get it to heat up. He was honest enough to tell me before coming out that he did not know much about saunas. He did install a new GFI, it worked temporarily, but then would stop. Everyone was courteous and nice, but they just could not get this problem fixed.

This is the second time I've used Delcollo Electric, Inc. services.  The workmen were on time, prepared to do the work, completed the job in a professional manner, asked questions about specifics, inspected the finished work with me, and cleaned up after themselves.  Their work is high quality, done with care, and at a fair price.  I would recommend Delcollo to anyone needing household electrical work done.

8AM appointment, they arrived 1 hour late (a little after 9 o'clock). At 8:25, I called the office, and the operator was not particularly nice and especially not apologetic. She said the appointment was at 8:30, but they were running 20 minutes late, with no explanation. Surprising they were so late considering this was the first appointment of they day.
Guys were nice. One guy was being trained, and was supervised the entire time. The service took 15 minutes.
Pricing: $275 was the quoted price. Service took 15 minutes. I couldn't believe they would charge so much for a 15 minute service.

Delcollo electricians are prompt, courteous, and professional. They fully explained what they were going to do and were willing to change some things for me at the last minute, including adding an additional fan to another room. They were very clean, neat and efficient, and never complained about crawling into the attic space to run wires on one of the hottest days of the year!
I think that the pricing was fair, and by the hour (plus a few additional parts). They worked steadily without breaks until the job was completed, so I felt like I really got what I paid for. I would use them again without reservation.

We have had several issues with lighting at our commercial rental property. Overhead lighting has had problems needing ballast replacement and emergency lighting issues. Delcollo Electric has always responded to our calls quickly, scheduling was prompt and electrical issues fixed without a problem.

The estimator was personable. I asked him who would be sent out (checking on their experience and things). He gave me the name of a person. The person who came out was not the person the estimator indicated would be coming out. The helper who worked with the electrician was great and a hard worker. The electrician who came out was slow moving, a chauvenist, a know it all. He charged me for more time than he was supposed to. He did not fix one of the safety issue. He saved that issue (flickering light in guestroom - a concern due to aluminum wiring) for the end of the day and then seemed not to want to deal with it. He then said something about it being the switch, which he replaced. He also told me to replace the light bulb. Those were not the problems. A couple of days later, I saw sparks flying out of an outlet in that room. My house could have caught fire if the spark had caught my curtains (with my kids upstairs!). I called a different electrician, Gentle Ben. They came out and fixed the problem. On 8/16/09, after the Delcollo Electrician left, I looked at the bill closely and saw that he charged me for about 45 more minutes than he should have. I called the estimator and spoke with him about this. He said he'd talk to the electrician and call me back. He never did, presumably because I'd already paid the bill with a check and signed their "work performed" form.
