Delaware Valley Fence And Iron

I have worked with these guys several times before and they always do a good job. They repaired a bunch on my front porch and replaced the entire side stair railing. Looks great!

Tom was very good about scheduling and working with me to schedule around other projects on my home. He was on the job working and supervising. I am pleased with the outcome.

We have a chain link fence around our property. The left side of our driveway gate was completely broken off of the post hinge and the gate itself needed to be welded back together. We asked several contractors to give an estimate for fixing the fence but nobody could do the job. I found Delaware Fence and Iron on Angie's List and was impressed by the reviews they received.
Tom called me back and we scheduled a time for him to come out and see whether the gate could be fixed or if we needed a new one. Lucikly he said the gate could be fixed. The price was a little high but then again, we hadn't gone to a fence company for an estimate (only contractors/handymen).
Tom was booked up for a couple weeks but he called one day and said he could come by to fix the fence since it wasn't a big job. So our wait was less than expected, which we appreciated. He welded the gate back to the post and welded the corners of the gate together. He additionally welded a cap back to the fence so that it was connected, brought the chain link down to the ground so there were no gaps and re-secured the chain link in several spots on the fence and gate. He additionally replaced a missing ball finial on one of the gate posts (something we hadn't noticed before). All of these extras were included in his price.
We would highly recommend Tom's company to anybody looking for fence repair or installation of new fencing. He gives great attention to detail and finishes the job nicely. We are extremely satisfied with his work.

Tom O'Donnell promptly returned my call (which is more than I can say for the other three companies called).
He came and we discussed what I wanted and he was very thorough explaining what was the best way to install the gate on the front porch. Tom said it would take about two weeks but he was back within a week to install it.
The gate is beautiful and matches the railing already in place and keeps the dog safely confined to the porch which was the primary reason for the installation. I am so pleased with the excellent work Tom did. I highly recommend Delaware Valley Fence and Iron.

Tom, of Delaware Valley Fence and Iron, installed a 5-foot
wrought-iron railing on my front steps. He came to give me an estimate the same
day that I called.
My railing was installed 10 days later, as promised. It only
took a couple of hours.
Since the railing on the opposite side of the steps had a
curly cue design in the middle, Tom found a similar piece for the new fence and
did not charge me for it.
They were quick, competent and professional. I would use
them again and recommend them to anyone within their service area.

Tom and his son showed up on the day they indicated and started right away. Let me just say that I am somewhat of a control freak and I get completely stressed out when I have someone, other than myself, do work on my house. For three days Tom put up with my constant questions and periodic visits to the work site. Both he and his son were extremely professional and friendly the entire time. They did an outstanding job of installing the fence and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was able to enclose the patio area and connect both ends of the fence to the house so that we can just let the dogs out of the house to run. It turned out so much better than we ever thought it could.

The owner Tom responded quickly to my phone call. He was over to assess what was needed and took measurements. Then he asked for a deposit and told me that he would install it while I was at work. Sure enough, I came home Friday to see that the work was done. His service was quick, fairly priced and gave me all the answers to my questions. I will do business with them again.
