I am sorry to say it didn't go well. 1. I was surprised when they showed up to do my floors that the job was contracted out. 2. The one guy putting the floor down was on his phone the whole time. 3. In have repeatedly called and no one will call me back.

Very well, would use again. Was particularly impressed with a creative solution to a flooring problem. Concrete under carpet was cracked and very uneven, installer found a way to level it without massive work and expense.

The oriental rugs were cleaned within about two weeks. Still waiting on the large area rug to be finished.

Delaware Rug did an excellent job and really got the rug clean. Price was very reasonable (about $160) & included a discount for Angie's List. Highly recommend. Probably will have them clean our rug every year or two now that we know it can be cleaned! We delivered the rug ourselves before & after cleaning but I believe they offer pickup & delivery.

this is an L-shaped living/dining room carpet. the young men did a great job. very neat and fast; it took less than an hour. we moved all the furniture except for the sofa, which they moved. the man who called to discuss my job was very thorough and clear, and we were happy with the cost as well as the quality of work.

We have used Delaware Rug in our previous home and they did a great job for a good price so we called them again when we moved into a new house. They stand behind their work and are very reasonably priced. We had a couple small issues with the installation (wasn't as tight as we would have liked it) and their installer came back right away and fixed it made it look perfect. They seem to really want their clients to be happy.

I took the rug and picked it up so I can't speak to the delivery service. But the oriental rug, which had been a favorite accident place for my dog, was well cleaned on time, and persons I worked with were courteous.

Michael is responsive to emails and installers were very courteous and extremely fast. Carpet was installed in a 15 x 20 basement and a staircase. Because of the sharp angle leading from kitchen to basement I was concerned that getting carpet down the steps would be impossible. I was in awe that they manuvered this large roll through the basement window. 3 thumbs up.

Delaware Rug was great to work with. We were on a tight timeline to get new carpet in before the movers brought the furniture into our new house. They were able to get the carpet delivered and installed in 4 days. The carpet we chose for the downstairs had a flaw in it and the installers recognized it, pointed it out to us and we ended up returning the carpet and having to reorder it. Other installation companies would have put the carpet down without checking it out first and once the carpet is cut, there is no returning it. They were professional and knowledgable about the carpet they were working with. I would reccommend to anyone.

They were on time and finished the job with exceptional attention to detail. I had small spindals on my stairway that are not easy to work around but they did a great job. Definitely recommend this group.

They were great! I am hoping to call them again as soon as I get a minute because I really want to have them back out again. My stairs always have stains that come back, and after Delware rug cleaned, they stayed clean for longer than anyy other time that I have had them done!

The men arrived right on time and were very professional and polite. The stains and dirt were satisfactorily removed. They also provided take away and delivery of area rugs, one of which we had them do. Very reasonably priced.

Multiple shampooings of an old Oriental rug that had heavy pet soil. Also sewed up edges and washed fringe. Took several weeks but dog has not been attracted to it since!
