DELAWARE RUG

I am sorry to say it didn't go well. 1. I was surprised when they showed up to do my floors that the job was contracted out. 2. The one guy putting the floor down was on his phone the whole time. 3. In have repeatedly called and no one will call me back.

Very well, would use again. Was particularly impressed with a creative solution to a flooring problem. Concrete under carpet was cracked and very uneven, installer found a way to level it without massive work and expense.

The oriental rugs were cleaned within about two weeks. Still waiting on the large area rug to be finished.

Delaware Rug did an excellent job and really got the rug clean. Price was very reasonable (about $160) & included a discount for Angie's List. Highly recommend. Probably will have them clean our rug every year or two now that we know it can be cleaned! We delivered the rug ourselves before & after cleaning but I believe they offer pickup & delivery.

this is an L-shaped living/dining room carpet. the young men did a great job. very neat and fast; it took less than an hour. we moved all the furniture except for the sofa, which they moved. the man who called to discuss my job was very thorough and clear, and we were happy with the cost as well as the quality of work.

We have used Delaware Rug in our previous home and they did a great job for a good price so we called them again when we moved into a new house. They stand behind their work and are very reasonably priced. We had a couple small issues with the installation (wasn't as tight as we would have liked it) and their installer came back right away and fixed it made it look perfect. They seem to really want their clients to be happy.

I took the rug and picked it up so I can't speak to the delivery service. But the oriental rug, which had been a favorite accident place for my dog, was well cleaned on time, and persons I worked with were courteous.

It went great. One time on cost and the people were wonderful!

Michael is responsive to emails and installers were very courteous and extremely fast. Carpet was installed in a 15 x 20 basement and a staircase. Because of the sharp angle leading from kitchen to basement I was concerned that getting carpet down the steps would be impossible. I was in awe that they manuvered this large roll through the basement window. 3 thumbs up.

Delaware Rug was great to work with. We were on a tight timeline to get new carpet in before the movers brought the furniture into our new house. They were able to get the carpet delivered and installed in 4 days. The carpet we chose for the downstairs had a flaw in it and the installers recognized it, pointed it out to us and we ended up returning the carpet and having to reorder it. Other installation companies would have put the carpet down without checking it out first and once the carpet is cut, there is no returning it. They were professional and knowledgable about the carpet they were working with. I would reccommend to anyone.

They were on time and finished the job with exceptional attention to detail. I had small spindals on my stairway that are not easy to work around but they did a great job. Definitely recommend this group.

They were great! I am hoping to call them again as soon as I get a minute because I really want to have them back out again. My stairs always have stains that come back, and after Delware rug cleaned, they stayed clean for longer than anyy other time that I have had them done!

The men arrived right on time and were very professional and polite. The stains and dirt were satisfactorily removed. They also provided take away and delivery of area rugs, one of which we had them do. Very reasonably priced.

The gentleman who arrived was punctual and was very thorough in his assessment of my issue. He explained the process and what the expected result would be. I appreciate the time he took to explain repair process to me.

Multiple shampooings of an old Oriental rug that had heavy pet soil. Also sewed up edges and washed fringe. Took several weeks but dog has not been attracted to it since!

They did a nice job, they were punctual and they did it quickly. I certainly didn't have any quarrel with the price and they're very professional.

I called them to clean my carpets before Christmas. I have a big dining room, living room, and family room that gets lots of traffic from kids and grand-kids. I called them because the price was so reasonable. They were very friendly on the phone and very accommodating when it came to scheduling a time that worked for me. I was surprised at how good the carpets looked! They were able to remove some very bad stains from a light colored carpet that had been there a long time. I would call them again!

The lady in the office is lovely-- very friendly and accommodating. She scheduled the rug pick-up and the gentlemen came promptly. The rug was cleaned and I received a call asking me if I wanted an added deodorizer (recommended) and they gave me the additional price. It was nominal, so I went ahead and had them add it. The rug was delivered and put back on top of a new rug pad. I've used these folks for several years now, as has my son, and I have nothing but praise for them. They do a great job and their rates are very reasonable.

They arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule and got right to work.

This company was a true pleasure to deal with. Courteous, flexible, prompt, reasonably priced, excellent results. I highly recommend!

This was a multi day project. The first day the floors were sanded and a coat of polyurethane applied. A second coat was applied the next day and a final coat applied the third day. Obviously, all furniture has to be removed prior to starting the project. You must stay off of the floors from the beginning of the project and for twenty four hours after the final coat of polyurethane is applied. It is something that needs to be done when you can fully ventilate the house. The floors were fantastic looking when they finished. A separate piece of the job was to install new carpet on the stairway. It was done very professionally and looks great. I highly recommend Delaware Rug they are friendly, helpful and very competent.

We moved from So. MD in July, 2012. I sent all of my orientals to this company to be cleaned and some of them to have repairs. The service was excellent. The cost reasonable (I have 13 oriental rungs) and the delivery and laying of the rugs went off without a hitch. I had top have them come back for another repair this spring which they did in a timely manner and I am extremely satisfied with this company., I would recommend them without reservation.,

We called Delaware Rug based on other reviews. They were prompt in getting back to us with an estimate. We got estimates from one other carpet cleaner and another one, never got back to us with their estimate. Delaware Rug's estimate was substantially less than the other estimate that we received. The work was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. They were easy to work with. Because this was performed at a commercial property they were very willing to schedule the carpet cleaning after business hours, and there was no problem working around office furniture. We would definitely use them in the future.
