I do NOT recommend DE Express. Called in July to get a tenants door fixed. It's now mid-September and the door still isn't operational. Not sure what's express about this lack of service. They sent multiple technicians including the owner and just keep ordering parts (one time even ordered parts for wrong unit). They told the tenant to keep door closed with vice grips and see nothing wrong with that. GO ELSEWHERE!

He came in and he analyzed the situation and fixed it. It only took 5 mins and because of that, he did not charge me at all. He could have said what wrong and charge me but he didn't. If ever I need them again, I will call them.
