Rob was excellent with his Prompt and excellent service. He found the issue and recommended a solution which was feasible. I gave 5 stars for two of the three categories and 4.5 stars for quality because I feel that the wires are not totally covered and I would have appreciated a good final installed product. Still I would hire him again and recommend him to a friend.

They installed a Mitsubishi Multi Split but the Aspen pumps vibrate and hum and they haven't solved the problem and it's been 6 months.

Custom Air Services did a great job replacing my air conditioning system. The work area looked better when they left than it did when they arrived! Rob was friendly and approachable, very knowledgeable, and did great work. We are very pleased with this service and we plan to hire them again for future projects. Highly recommend.

Great contractor, I think value for money is spot on, not too expensive, and not cheap. However the guy knew what he was talking about and completed the job very quickly. I then gave him another job at another location because I was so impressed.

Rob is very punctual. I called him this morning and he was out to fix my unit by 6 pm the same day. He was very friendly and explained each step as he was completing it. I would definitely use Rob for all future HVAC services.

I would reccomend Custom Air over and over again. Rob is an expert technician and actually can fix your furnace as opposed to telling you to buy another one or replace parts. I had no power at all getting to my furnance, i feared the worse. Rob inspected the wiring and quickly resolved it. He clearly has master level knowledge of how these things operate and enjoys fixing them as oppose to replacing. Hes also reasonably priced and i would definitely give him a call before i start buying expensive replacement parts or buying another furnance.
