Countertop and Backsplash Service
Vanity cabinets were installed first. One week wait, needed for stone top to arrive. Some minor problems occurred during installation of stone top, which were remedied promptly. Stone tops are sub-contracted, although we were led to believe that all work would be done by CHS employees. CHS, however, did oversee the stone installation and made sure everything was right. A minor leak in plumbing after hookup, required two followup visits. However, work was done promptly and CHS staff and workers could not have been more pleasant. Overall, very pleased with the job.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE SALES LADY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME DETERMINE THE MEASUREMENTS AND THE CONTRACTOR WHO CAME OUT AND INSTALLED THE COUNTER DID A GOOD JOB. I HAD TO CALL BACK THIS OCTOBER BECAUSE THE SEAL WAS COMING UP UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT IMPRESSED BY THE SERVICE IN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
