The repair man completed the job very quickly. Informative and professional. I would recommend to others and will use again.

Excellent service! Isaac was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem caused by a burned out heater coil. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would certainly use his services again and gladly recommend him to others.

They ended up having to replace it, but wouldn't accept payment until they were sure that fixed the problem. I would absolutely hire them again.

Completed the repair timely and completely and recommended a preventative service to keep this from happening in the future.  Isaac performed the service and he is AWESOME.  Thorough, clear, concise, neat and explains everything.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and specifically this repair person to anyone.  In fact, this is my second time calling them and I would not use anyone else!!

Our clothes washer was not working ; so we called County Appliance Services in Newport De. 19804( 302-652-0593) and explained the problem. We explained everything to Maria Sacra; we even gave her the part# that we needed. Maria was very friendly and professional and scheduled us for Oct 27; however, Maria also  put us on stand bye in case someone else cancelled. Maria called us on Oct.21,2015 about 5pm stating that someone had cancelled and could the service repairman come over. We agreed. The service repairman, Isaac came about 6pm. We were very glad to have Isaac fix the washer. He took it apart; checked everything and replaced the broken part in no time. He is very professional, friendly and even gave us some tips for fixing other things, saving us $$money. We certainly will use County Appliance Services again in the future if we need a major appliance repaired. Isaac and County Appliance Services get our best review. We also referred County Appliance Services to our daughter.

Came out the first day and diagnosed the problem.  Said they could likely fix it, but it would be expensive.  Explained the problem and that it may not be fixable.  Came the following week to do the fix.  Isaac spent hours working on it and upon taking it apart further and attempting the repair realized it was beyond fixable.  Only charged us the initial diagnosis fee, and comped all the additional time he put into the service because we would have to purchase a new washer. 
I would HIGHLY recommend them in all categories!!

I called for an appointment and they had a cancellation and were able to come within an hour. The serviceman, Isaac, was very polite and helpful. He was able to quickly assess the problem and gave me a quote. The work was done immediately and he was able to give me other advice not the oven.

The experience was excellent. The technician call was scheduled efficiently, Isaac arrived well within the window of time I was given, and he carefully explained the possible causes of the problem. He had clearly prepared to work on the specific model we have, and he recommended taking the most conservative approach before moving to more extensive, and expensive, options, if needed. It turned out that the first fix worked. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his clear pride in doing the job as efficiently as possible, and his care to explain the process. The cost of the visit and installation of a part were very reasonable. I highly recommend this provider and would use them again myself.

They were excellent. They had great customer service.  They were very courteous & friendly.  They explained everything very well.  and the pricing was very fair.  It's a family owned business and they treat their customers just as they would their family. 

The technician was professional and nice; spent about 15 min to check and tell me my appliance was not worth repairing. This was a shock in itself; as I was not ready to get a new refrigerator - I was hoping something could have been repaired. I felt a bit rushed by the technician, but overall it went ok.

Very nice and knowledgable on all machines. Gave Sr. discount and going to send a written estimate for insurance company. Was here about 3 hours taking care of appliances so $360 seems reasonable!

My clothes dryer had stopped working and we needed it fixed. We found County Appliance on Angie's List, called, someone came out within a day of our call. The gentleman was super professional, fixed the appliance quickly, noticed something wrong with our washer and fixed that too while he was there. The total for both was $79 and you can't beat that. I would definitely use them again.

Isaac was very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to rearrange his appointments to give us same day service which was much appreciated. The part was on his truck -- and my repair was completed in one very satisfactory visit.

Tech came out to the house; checked the unit. The needed part was not in stock, so he ordered it and made an appointment for the return visit. Was prompt, courteous and the job was done quickly and professionally.
