Comcast

I am not crazy about them. I do not usually have problems with them.

We have a love-hate war going on with Comcast Wilmington. I'm trying to pick the lesser of the evils because all the Satellite Companies have problems. My last issue with them was probably two months ago. I like the product, I don't like the price. I wanted to streamline my package because I don't use all of the services, as far as the TV is concerned. I have the triple package - I have the internet, I have the TV and I have the telephone service. Now, for the TV, we don't watch a lot of premium channels, so I don't really want any premium channels. But because of the way they have the packages set up, if I were to opt out of the package, it would actually cost me more money than it does if I stay in the package. So they've got you handcuffed. If you are firm, they will be flexible with you. I have to call them every couple of years because they put you on a promotional program. After the promotion is over, your cable bill goes up again. If you don't do anything about it, that's what it is. So I have to call up before that promotional period ends and negotiate to get another promotional period. I don't think you should have to do that. I have to counter bid with another service to get them to provide a reasonable price.
