Terry was the best part of the home-buying process.
My wife and I had very different criteria for what our next home had to be (ranch vs multi-level, new construction vs older classic, etc), so on top of the regular workload he had to keep finding a middle-ground between us. We had our own personal website during the search we could add houses to and we never had an issue getting home visits scheduled promptly.
He had excellent negotiation skills and was knowledgeable on everything from homeowners insurance to water softening systems. It didn't matter what the problem was as long as he was aware of it he was on top of attempting to resolve it.
The offer process was done with a virtual signing system that was extraordinarily easy and quick. Above and beyond the technological advantages he was easy to work with, represented us fairly, gave good advice and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend.
