They actually answered the phone with a live person. Imagine that! Spoke with Gary. His Customer Service skills, knowledge & performance completing the job were excellent. SPOT ON!! When I asked Gary if he could quote another job while on the premises, he declined, saying that he didn t feel comfortable performing the request, but offered to have someone contact me that was qualified to do the job. Knowing his limitations and being honest is definitely a respected character that left the impression, Gary and his company would like to grow with integrity.
