The sales person came out with choices and had measurments made.  Took a few weeks because door was not a standard size, When they came it was installed in less than a day and everything from the old door was removed.
I appreciated the fact that the sales woman knew her stuff.  She answered questions and made suggestions about which door would be best and why.

Excellent experience. Tech was on time, polite and very competent. He was able to fix a door that I haven't used in a long time because it got bound up. Definitely knew his stuff.

The sales rep Bruce, was on time for the appointment. He inspected my old wood doors for a possible fix, then gave me a price for new doors. He sat down with my wife and I and went over the options, answering any questions we had. Great interaction. We optioned for new doors with a great price compared to other companies. He said it would be 3 or 4 weeks for the doors to come in, which was fine. The scheduler called for the install date. Bill was on time, he installed my doors and did a great job, we are very happy with the way they look and operate.  Clark & Sons runs their business with professionalism. Great to find a company that's so easy to work with; top to bottom.   Thank you. We were very pleased all around.

The team was very professional and completely the work in a timely fashion. The belt-drive opener price was fair and comparable to box-store pricing.

Very quick response to my initial call and appt scheduled same day. Fixed garage door opener and added an additional support to garage door. Very friendly and very professional.

I called these folks and was offered almost immediate appointment times. They showed up exactly on time, worked autonomously and only charged 125 dollars to drive out here, replace both cables and grease three different garage doors. They were polite and professional, I could not have had a better experience.

My old wooden door was literally rotting away. A piece under one window had just fallen out, and I was afraid that the whole window might fall out as well. I was sure when I called that I would have to wait 2 weeks to get a new door because I only had one day a week when I could be there. I figured that the first week would be to measure and for me to pick out a door that I wanted, and then the second week to install the door. I called on a day when I was going into work late. I only had one hour until I had to leave for work. The gentleman I spoke with hurried out and measured and let me pick out my new door right away. On my next day off, a crew was at my door first thing in the morning and installed the new overhead. In only 6 days I had my new door. Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient.

The contractor came in the time frame given and did a great Job for a fair price. I am very satisfied.

Everything went as planned. Estimator arrived at the time & date as scheduled and the crew did tge same. We gave been using the soor about a month so gar and we have no problems.

Started out bad, but overall it went very well. Work crew did not arrive at the scheduled time and no phone notification was made. Called the office and found out that the crew was diverted to an emergency job before they came to our home. In the end, they arrived over an hour late. Two installers worked on the job. They removed the old doors and tracks and installed all new tracks, rollers and doors. Jobsite was left as neat as it was found.
