It did not go well. I would not recommend them.

I had a large, steep roof which was re-roofed in one day.  The crew cleaned up very well leaving no signs of all the equipment in my garden.  I plan to use them again.

Bid was for a tear-off and replacement of a fiberglass shingle roof.  Bid was competitive with all the right materials.  Crew showed up when scheduled and worked amazingly fast.  Job took 3 days while a similar house in the neighborhood took over a month (with a different contractor).
Some issues needed a callback:  Caulk used to liberally to hide a poor joint, a mis-positioned gutter, and lawn work where the crew parked and dug a deep trench with their tires.

Took a month for them to get finished with other jobs so they could start on my house. When they started, they worked on my house every day until it was finished. We ran into some termite wood & some non-pressure treated wood that was rotted, adding to the final project cost, but they always called & got my approval before doing anything 'extra' above contract price. I had a side porch that was rotted & ready to fall apart, which we didn't realize until they started work on it. They made me a great offer to rebuild the porch & install new windows, which was not part of the original deal. I really like the work that they did & would not hesitate to call them for any other work that they do, like roofing.
