We received very poor customer service from Sam and the owner. They refused to correct a mistake they made with our crown molding costing us over $2500. I would hesitate to trust them if you are considering doing a kitchen design as they don't understand the most basic design principles. It is simply not worth the risk. Please look at their reviews as most of the high rated reviews are made up profiles with one or only a handful of reviews. Buyer beware. UPDATE AS OF 03/27/2024 We received very poor customer service from Sam and the owner, Mike. After multiple calls and emails to correct a mistake they made with our crown molding costing us over $2500, they have been unwilling to refund what I paid for the molding and insist on me buying more at cost ($1250) after I already paid them initially. There were also errors with an oak trim piece (3" wide instead of 5") for my range hood and incorrect drawer fronts on our island that do not match the other wall cabinets. The cabinet touch-up kit has items missing and an incorrect color touch up so I have no way to fill nail holes on the trim. They have said these were their errors and that they would re-order the pieces, but they have yet to do so. I would hesitate to trust them if you are considering doing a kitchen design as it is simply not worth the risk and months of delay due to missing/incorrect items. Please look at their reviews as most of the high rated reviews are made up profiles with one or only a handful of reviews. Buyer beware. [Update, I just noticed the owner posted a reply today stating they warned against this crown molding and that is simply not true, in fact, I wanted two-stage crown and they advised against it since I was going with 39" cabinets. He also states that he would still like to help complete the job to my liking and to call him, but I can assure you that we talked twice this week including yesterday afternoon and he refused to refund even just the cost of my crown molding unless I buy more from him. This is no longer an option as I have already spent hours making custom crown and getting paint matched for the trim. He said at the end of the call the "we're done" so not sure why he posted this today. We have not received the 5" oak trim board, missing touch-up items, or corrected drawer fronts. I even offered to keep the incorrect drawer fronts if he would refund the cost of my crown and he would not.]

I specified the length, width and thickness. The panel was EXACTLY the size and type I specified, and a PERFECT match for the oak cabinets in the kitchen. The people at Cabinet Factory are helpful and very easy and to deal with, and their pricing is FAR more reasonable than Home Depot. (We had tried to order a panel from Home Depot. Not only was it more than 2x the price we paid Cabinet Factory, when it arrived, it (a) was nowhere near the right size and (b) also nowhere near the deep color of our kitchen cabinets. . . so we returned it.)

Great!  They did an awesome job.

They did an excellent job. They took all of the linoleum and cabinets out. There was damage under the refrigerator from a leak in the roof, and they were able to fix the flooring where it had been damaged. After the flooring was installed, they came back and finished installing all the molding and cabinets and had their plumber come back and finished hooking everything back up.   They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

John Lewis was very patient with us while we chose a cabinet style and then designed our kitchen.  We went through several variations until we settled on the final design. After that we did not make any changes.
 The original work was done in March 2014.  One of the wall cabinets came in the wrong size so they had to order another one. After that we decided to add a pantry cabinet and we let them install both on the same day to save on installation charges.  It took a few weeks longer than we expected for the cabinets to come in but they were installed today May 23, 2014.  There were a few things that needed adjustment that they also took care of.
Overall the job went well and we are very happy with our new kitchen.
This was our first kitchen remodeling and we would do a few things different in the future:
1. Install a backsplash behind the oven before the renovation so that if the oven is replaced the wall is covered in case the new oven has a different profile.
2.  We did not consider the light over the sink in the plans so that there was a gap over the kitchen window.  They installed a valance today so that is resolved.
 3.  I had a cabinet installed where there was not one before but I did not allow enough space to move the oven out if necessary; we will have to remove that cabinet from the wall if the oven needs to be replaced.
4. We had a new floor installed about a year before the cabinets were replaced and there is a hairline gap between the base of the new cabinets and the edge of the floor.  We should probably do floor and cabinets at the same time. I did place a strip of cove base at the bottom of our new dishwasher and it looks perfect.
5.  The new cabinets have shelf pegs that lock the shelves in place from the top and the bottom but they are difficult to remove if we want to change the shelf spacing.  We had them install other shelf pegs today so that we have that flexibility.
Our base cabinets now have drawers instead of doors and that is much more convenient for us.  We always had difficulty looking for and finding stuff in the back of our old base cabinets.  the drawers are large enough to hold all of our pans and almost every pot.

Cabinets went very well. They were on time and made a modification I requested regarding the door style.  Very helpful and finding for me a cabinet that met my requests.

They were very helpful in choosing the style, quality, cost and color. Handled very professionally. Delivery was timely. Very responsive. A minor issue with one of the doors was readily resolved.

They helped us pick out the cabinets and their color.  They directed us to a granite supplier.  They installed the cabinets and came back to help when there was an issue with the granite installation. We are so happy, we are using them for installing cabinets and a bench in our mudroom that will match the kitchen.

Cabinet Factory delivered on their promises, with on-time, high quality work.  Everyone was professional and responsive.

Very knowledgeable and customer friendly.  They were very patient in dealing with questions and project updates.

We were finishing our basement and our contractor recommended The Cabinet Factory.  We met with Jeanette, who was extremely helpful.  She helped us choose cabinets and design our set up.  The cabinets we chose were from two different companies, Kabinart and Dura Supreme.  We loved both set ups.  We used the Dura Supreme (which we LOVE) as a built-in entertainment unit.  We wanted a piece that looked like furniture as opposed  to cabinets.  We chose quarter sawn oak in a mocha finish for the built-in.  It really turned out beautifully.  For the kitchen and the bathroom we used the Kabinart with a shaker style door and a darker finish.  The Cabinet Factory was extremely helpful whenever we had questions.  Even when there was a slight mix up with doors, they fixed it in a timely manner.  All in all we were very happy with our experience and would use them again in a heartbeat.
