HORRIBLE. NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH SO I COULDN'T GET ACROSS TO THEY WHAT WE WANTED. ROOF LEAKS AROUND THE CHIMNEY AND AT THE ROOF TRANSITION. GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, THEY LEAK BETWEEN THE GUTTER AND THE FACIA

The job took two days. His crew was professional, extremely hard working, and did a great job in cleaning up the property. Josh was also personally onsite when the job was completing on day 2. There were absolutely no complaints with how the roof was replaced. The job was done neatly and professionally. We could not be any happier with his team’s work. The roof looks amazing. We felt that our selection process using Angie’s List contractors got us to the right company to replace our roof: Brandywine Exteriors. We would highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

The Brandywine Exteriors team was excellent throughout the process of getting work done on our home. They managed the pre-sales, exterior home project work and post project support extremely, extremely well.

WOW! They saved me! A branch went through the roof during a thunderstorm and rain began pouring into my new house. Brandywine was the ONLY roofer willing to come out the next day to tarp up the roof (we were in the midst of daily rain/storms). Prompt, and courteous - we discussed repair and new roofing options. They worked with my insurance company and were able to help get us additional monies which put a new roof within our budget (the roof would have needed to be done within the next 5 years anyway, but was hoping to get settled in a bit first!) Work was quick! They removed the old roof and replaced 10 sheets of wood all in one day. Brandywine also installed a solar tube skylight, and replaced an old skylight. The new sky windows are so bright and classy. Brandywine offers outstanding warranties and the roof is BEAUTIFUL! I feel confident and happy that my new roof will last many years. I can't say enough good things about them - what started out as a disaster really worked out well!!

Very well. Everyone associated with the company was businesslike and courteous. They responded to phone calls and returned calls promptly. The salesman was direct and low key - no pressure. He seemed knowledgeably (from my research). Once the windows arrived from the manufacturer, the work was done quickly and neatly. When defects were found in the replacement windows, the installer ordered new parts from the manufacturer and installed them in a timely manner. No deposit was required and no payment made until the work was completed.

From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, efficient and did quality work. Our 30 square roof was completed in 1 day and we didn't pay a dime until the job was completed and 100% happy. I have and will continue to recommend them to others asking for a quality referral!

Shawn first came out to provide the sale presentation. He was through and informed, while Brandywine Exteriors was not the "cheapest" price I felt they were fair. The job was well done and I would choose to use them again. Brandywine Exteriors was quick with follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the work, and they corrected minor items upon my request. They DID everything we agreed to in a timely fashion. You can count on these guys to have integrity and stand by their work!

The job was finished in 2 days.  Not only did they do a quality job, they also went above and beyond their duties and removed the wasp nest from my attic.  I have done my research on Angie's list before I chose Brandywine.  Overall, I get the best value from Brandywine's services due to high-quality product and awesome warranty they offer.  Definitely would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Good job, quick, and exactly what I expected

It went great. From the initial consultation with Kevin, I knew this was the company that we wanted to use. Kevin did a great job assessing our needs and budget. I was impressed with his knowledge of windows. He did a great job explaining the differences between several products and talking about the company. The install went smoothly with no issues and was completed in one day, John and Jason did a great job installing the windows, they were quiet and very neat. They cleaned up all the mess and took all of the debris and old windows with them. We couldn't  be happier with out new windows. They all seemed very concerned with our satisfaction and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Brandywine Exteriors and we will be using them again for several other projects, including replacing the remaining windows in our home.

Window and Siding was great.  The stone veneer was outsourced and the results show it, but overall still looks good.

The bay window was not done exactly as I requested (did not remove all of the rotten wood) but was rebuilt well and it looks great.

Quoting process with Kevin was simple, fast, and thorough.  We were able to get a price at the end of our discussion.
Asked about how soon they could do the work, and they indicated they wanted to fill some open slots in their schedule, so we only had to wait a bit less than 2 weeks from contract to roof replacement.
The materials arrived the day prior to the work being done, which is what we were told.  They preloaded the roof with all the shingles, and left the supporting materials on a pallet at the side of the driveway, making it easy to still get into and out of our garage and use our turnaround.
-beds.Their lead Rob arrived at 8am to size things up and be there before the crew arrived.  They were scheduled to start at 8:30 and everyone was prompt and a bit early, so they could cover the windows, bushes, deck, and flower beds.  My wife dearly loves her flowers, and the guys used upside-down trash cans and plywood sheets to avoid the possibility the flowers might get crushed.
The removal of the old roof was pretty much complete in about 2 hours.  Watching the crew work (they are all employees) looked like 'organized chaos'.  Everyone seemed to have a job to do, and they allso seemed to have interchangeable skills as well.  They worked quickly and efficiently and within another few hours, had completed prepared the roof with ice/water barrier and breathable "paper" and were ready to shingle.
Once they started shingling, it went amazingly fast.  By 4pm, they were cleaning up the remaining debris -- they were working throughout to manage the old materials.  They even got rained on while they were installing the ridge vents, but went about that task in the rain without a complaint.
After the cleanup, I was amazed at how well they did -- we could not find anything left over, which was a surprise given the amount of small old roofing paper remnants.  Swept the yard with a nail rmagnet and visually inspected the flower beds for any material that didn't get captured in their tarps.  They finished off with blowing off everything, sidewalks, deck, patio, and driveway, leaving us with a new roof and nothing to suggest they had been there to start with.
Very professional, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality job.  We were told that if anything comes up, just call them and they'll take care of it.  We have no doubt that will be the experience if we need them for any reason.

Brandywine Exteriors came and replaced 16 windows in my townhome. Very pleased with  the finished product. They were punctual and got the job done in one day. I would recomend them  to  install replacement windows.

We would probably not use them again in the future.

After speaking with Josh, the owner, in person and voicing my complaints he appeared to be very responsive to my concerns.  He immediatley proceed to have the debris cleaned up and that everything was restored to its original condition.  He felt so bad about the poor communication that he credited back to me $500.00.  The fact that the work was competently performed and that he was genuinely worried about my issues would make me contact Brandywine Exteriors again in the future for any other projects that I would need tackled.
