BigCentric went through their refrigerator inventory with me, including measurements, and arranged for delivery in 48 hours. Their scheduler called twice in person to make sure all was in order. Delivery was on-time and professional. Today (a week later) someone from BigCentric called in person to make sure everything was OK. I am impressed!

Wow. BigCentric was so good. I was a little stunned, because I'd just had such a disappointing experience with a big box store. First, they had a stove quickly available that all the other stores said wouldn't be available for a month or two. Then, their communication was fantastic... very very quick and personal. They called right away after I ordered online, to discuss delivery times and installation. The delivery and installation together added only $40 to the total cost, and there were no hidden fees or sudden needs for extra parts and all the other nonsense you run into with most stores. They delivered two days after I placed the order. The installer was friendly, good about his mask and distancing (in this covid time), very quick, and all-around great. And the price of the stove was the same as anywhere else...only less because of the lack of hidden fees. I will DEFINITELY buy my appliances here from now on. It was the smoothest such purchase I've ever made. It also feels good to support a local business instead of a huge multinational corporation!

They brought them in because the kitchen person was going to be installing them. They coordinated the delivery with their scheduled construction.

It went extremely well.  I had to make a last minute swap, and I can't say enough good things about their customer service.  Everything went off without a hitch.  They use a 3rd party for the delivery and installation, but they were very capable too.
