They were very nice. They always let me know about 15-20 minutes before they plan to show up so that you know when to expect them. No problems.

They were here. They were fairly quick in coming out. I was a brand new customer and they took good care of what I needed. The price did not strike me as excessive at the time. They were just easy to work with. They are responsive. They are fairly punctual when they say the will be there at a certain time. Typically, they are at that time or fairly close to that. They call ahead. They call and let you know when they are on their way. It takes some of the guess work out. They tell you they will be there between 9 and 12 and then they give you a call and say, "Alright, I'm going to be there in half an hour or 45 minutes." It kind of narrows down the time for you. The work was done 3 years ago and hasn't loosened up since. It's still working fine.

I didn't pay anything. I have a service contract with a third party vendor that covers me for plumbing issues. They are easy to deal with. They are pretty quick to come out and make an appointment. The technician himself was just a very nice guy. We have nice conversations while he's here. He gives me tips on how to do things better so I don't have plumbing problems in the future. He leaves a lot of information on preventative maintenance which saves me money in the long run. Very responsive.
