Instead, they did the rear wheels! After realizing their error, they didn't charge for that alignment. However, on 9/7, Firestone aligned all the wheels and stated that the one rear wheel was way out of alignment. To give Bear its due, they did identify a problem with aligning the front, stating that a unique bolt in the front end was stripped out.

I have used Bear three times in the past couple years. They do fine work and seem to be very honest. No calls about
other expensive repairs they found and strongly recommend you have done asap. Their estimates have been spot on and they meet their schedules. Job good old fashion quality with no hype, and mean this sincerely.
