Everything went fine. The check engine light in my A4 intermittently goes on. It wasn't on during this visit, but no dealer has ever been able to tell me with any confidence, how to correct this problem. It's always the same code. The car continues to run fine, despite the check engine light being on. This has been a chronic problem for five years.

John took the car in immediately. Replaced plugs and one coil, changed the oil and called me to say it was finished.

John's Audi is the best repair and maintenance service for Audi and VW anywhere. He is always accessible, honest, fair, and refuses to do work that is not truly needed. I've saved thousands of dollars and obtained better service than I ever could have at a dealer. He has, on occasion refused to accept payment for a minor adjustment that might have cost $75-100 at a dealer. My only regret is that I finally sold my A6 and obtained a MINI so I can no longer go to him for service. My best advice is to seek his services as soon as your dealer warranty ends. Don't waste money on an extended warranty. You'll save money in the long run just going to John.

Perfectly. John's shop is absolutely the best Audi repair facility I've ever used (including Massachusetts, Louisiana, Wisconsin, and Delaware). Not only is every job done right the first (and only) time, but the cost is always reasonable. Minor problems will be repaired instead of replacing parts unnecessarily, and the work is impeccable. Plus, they've even driven me to work when I've left my car for extended periods. Bring a sense of humor, otherwise you won't view the experience as being as much fun as it is rewarding. Please ask a dumb question - I'm sure I'll hear about it the next time I go in for service.
