Not well. STAY AWAY FROM ANTHONY NEPI! We hired them for a reno project - to create our family home we've saved up for so long to build. They took our money (well over $300,000), completed most of the work in a sub-par manner, but towards the end they completely disappeared. They completely cut off all communication with us. All of their promises to stand behind their work: unkept. They blocked us from all their social media outlets, while still having images of the finished part of our house - even though we told them the couldn't use our images because they never finished. They even changed their name from AnchorReno to AnchorBuilds... whatever name they switch to, AVOID ANTHONY NEPI! Looking back, they bit off more than they could chew - didn't understand the scope of the job, then ran when it got hard. 75% of everything they did on the house from the very beginning, needed to be fixed or re-done because of lack of knowledge, supervision or just poor planning. So many parts of our "brand-new" house looks decades old from shotty workmanship. Such a huge disappointment for such a large cost. Every time we came to the house to see progress, it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix the crappy job they had done; we REALLY did ourselves a dis-service to hire a inadequate, inexperienced GC, then on top of it all - they disappear towards the end! They originally stated that the job could be done in 4 months; took over 12 when they disappeared. Please note however, most of their subs were professional, responsive and good at what they did. They got that part right happy with the stone work, tile work, electric, the roof. But even now as we contact one of the subs for information because this aspect was a guarantee of their contract, they won’t contact us back either! What a scam! I'm willing to talk to anyone about our experience, if you're looking for a GC in the Delaware County, PA, Glen Mills area... STAY AWAY FROM ANTHONY NEPI. You will waste hundreds of thousands of dollars.
