Wasn't easy and wasn't simple, required a lot of puzzle solving and it turned out really nice.

I chose American Craftsman to completely remodel my main upstairs bathroom. I also had them repair a piece of the downstairs ceiling that had been damaged from a leak in the bathroom. And I had them replace a toilet in a second bathroom. The entire experience was fabulous. First, other estimates I received required me to buy the components for the bathroom at places where the companies would then make money off of my purchases. American Craftsman sets up the process differently. I chose and bought each of the components – such as the tile, cabinets, sink, toilet, and faucets. I also selected the paint color. Kenny from American Craftsman guided me through the selection and purchasing process. Kenny also gave me his discount on the tile, took the time to show me how to use discount websites for the other components, and then took delivery on the parts and held them until they were installed. Second, the installation process was terrific. The crew of American Craftsman is professional, friendly, and respectful. They laid down protective sheeting all the way through the house and up the stairs every work day. They cleaned up every night and again when the whole bathroom was completed. I have a dog that they not only didn’t mind, but actually took care of while I was at work. American Craftsman does not subcontract out their work. Each section was completed by an American Craftsman expert in that area such as tile or carpentry. And a terrific employee named James worked at the house every day and told me each evening what would be occurring the following day. Third, the final product is stunning. Absolutely beautiful. I also want to mention that my bathroom was remodeled in August, 2017 and I’m writing this review in late April, 2018. My point is that I still love the bathroom remodel after using it for eight months. That’s important because I’m not going off of first impressions. The bathroom has been used by a lot of people, the bathroom has been cleaned, and I still love the remodel. I highly recommend American Craftsman for bathroom remodeling. I believe in this company so strongly that I would them again myself.

Kenny and his crew renovated both of my bathrooms which were very much in need of facelifts. Not only was everyone professional, pleasant, and hard-working, but they are animal-friendly (which is a BIG plus in my book) and wonderful with my rather energetic dogs. In addition, their patience when it came to answering my endless questions was appreciated. I strongly recommend them.

American Craftsmen recently finished a complete renovation of our kitchen, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The whole process with Kenny and his crew was great. Everyone was professional, friendly, and delivered quality work. We will use them for any future home improvement projects and highly recommend them.

I hope the guys don't think we were too much of a pain because they will be our go to company for all of our home renovation needs!! Of the 4 estimates I got, not only was theirs the best price, but the communication process was the easiest, it was the timeliest and the most thorough. Kenny was a pleasure to deal with, patiently answering any questions I had, offering suggestions and ideas and walking me through the process. He was available by text, phone or email throughout the entire process with prompt responses and immediate action if I had any concerns. He kept me up to date on the schedule and when and how things would be happening along the way. It was such a pleasure to know that everything was being taken care of! These are men who love what they do, care about details and are proud of the finished product and it shows in their work....both in their attitudes while working and in their attention to detail. They were always there when they said they would be and treated our house ( and our dog....he will miss Mikey!) with great respect. They were a pleasure to have around! Mikey was our primary contractor and he is a stickler about getting things right, right down to the smallest details. We couldn't be happier with the experience or the result. I have already given several friends Kenny's business card and anyone I know who is getting ready for a reno will get the same. My husband and I recommend American Craftsmen, LLC without reservation!

I couldn't be happier with the finish products.

We were thrilled with the work we had done. The guys were always here when they said they would be and they were truly professional. They took great care of our home, using drop cloths to protect the carpet leading back to our bedroom. I would recommend American Craftsmen to anyone interested in using them.

From the beginning of the project I was given guidance and ideas based on what I was looking for.
Everything was very professionally done, my home was cleaned up at the end of each day and I could not have been happier with
How things turned out.
They gave me a timeline and they stuck to it. They were very flexible when I wanted to make changes.
I was given an initial budget for things like the vanity, fixtures, etc. and if I happened to choose something that was less, it was subtracted from the contract amount.
I will definetly use again!!

This project was completed on time and as promised by American Craftsmen. We could not be more pleased with the finished product! This team is knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our questions (multiple times!) and we were appreciative of their suggestions when we were puzzled about the changes we wanted to make. Our kitchen was clean and able to be used at the end of every workday. We enjoyed working with everyone who was involved with this project and highly recommend them .

Kenny Reid and the team at American Craftsman did a fantastic job remodeling the kitchen and bathroom in my new home. They performed the work within the specified time and the cost was very reasonable given the significant scope of the projects. I definitely recommend American Craftsman and would use them again.

Fantastic! Absolutely love out new master bathroom. After moving into our house two years ago, we quickly noticed a large leak from the shower down to our main level, without the funds to fix right away we put a remodel off and used our hall bath for the time being. Then comes American Craftsman and we are so in love with our new bathroom! They gutted the bathroom, repaired the faulty plumbing, fixed the drywall that was damaged on the main floor and now we have a fully functioning beautiful bathroom! From start to finish they were polite, efficient, tidy, hardworking people who came in and within two weeks had completed their job with excellence. They were helpful in making design and function decisions, and answering our questions along the way. They kept their work space (our house) neat and tidy, cleaned up at the end of their day, and treated our space with respect. I can't say enough good things about the work they did and the people they are, highly recommended for any home repair/remodeling needs.
