We had Alvarez construction come & replace entire roof & also we got completely new siding including gutters, downspouts & Window capping definitely gives the house a new look (Luis) the owner was very informative easy to work with these guys absolutely know what they are doing. The crew was very respectful while on our property very clean no trash left out. 100% recommend these guys!! Would definitely use them again for other projects

I have worked with and used Alvarez construction on several jobs over the past few years. I know them on a professional and personal level. Top notch work, I have referred them to some of the most complicated jobs with customer metal, Hardie, and every time they deliver with the prettiest work. Their finish work, caulk, metal, details are really some of the best I have seen. I have seen my share of siding contractors . The teams they have put so much pride in their work. Honestly when you have a contractor team that takes their time, does great work and is a pleasure to be around, then you know their boss is doing right by them and treating them right. Luis and his crew did an excellent job!! They were detailed and well organized. Delivered as promised on timeline and the details of the job being performed. Communicated to us throughout every phase of the project. We had other bids but Alvarez C. was the most thorough and detailed. Highly recommend!

Had Alvarez Construction handle our exterior renovation on our home. Met with Luis to go over the project. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain things.
