Judy was great - very knowledgeable (with both our old mortise lock and our new "connected" deadbolt). The work was performed on time (only a few days after I inquired). The work was performed for a fair price. I would definitely use ABC Locksmith again.

It went great. She was wonderful. Only one side of the dead bolt would work and it gave us problems. She replaced the entire thing. She keyed the dead bolt to our old keys which was very convenient. She was in and out in 20 min. I would definitely use her again. I called her this morning and she was out this afternoon.

Last July I hired ABC Locksmith Service, Wilmington, DE, to replace three deadbolt locks in my home. About 4 months later, I began to have problems with one of the locks; sometime I couldn't get it locked; sometime I couldn't get it open. The provider fixed the lock at no charge. But I again had trouble 5 months later. The problem might have been a defective lock, but it could also have been a problem with my old door. The provider replaced the lock with a different type which required her to do extra work on the door. I fully expected to pay for this service, but she refused payment either for the new lock or for her labor. i think that was exceptional and shows that she is a businessperson of high integrity with a strong concern for customer satisfaction. I certainly recommend ABC Locksmith to everyone.
