Work got performed but worker was insulting and actually insinuated I was the one that did it and that I might have done the plumbing that was done under the sink. I wrote to the company about his insulting attitude and that he left a big mess in my basement but never heard back from them. I would never use them again. Seems they have changed owners since I had last used them. I am pasting my complaint to them bellow "This is not for service, this is a complaint about the attitude of the older man that came on 6/16 to unclog my kitchen sink. When I talked to whomever called I asked was there a problem that I had small dogs. You said no. The first thing out of his mouth at the door on hearing them was not to ask me to put them up but to tell me they had to be put away. When he looked under the sink, he stood up grunting. I had no idea what that was about until later. When he found out it was "grease" he very nastily asked me was I pouring grease down the sink. I never put grease down my sink since I don't fry anything in grease and if I fry bacon I put it in a can and it goes in the trash. The way he talked it sounded like he didn't believe me and that I was the one. I have been here 12 years and have never poured grease in the drain. I can only guess what the other owners might have done. After his trainee left he asked did I do the plumbing under the sink, I informed him I only unscrewed two connectors and couldn't get the pipe to come out. Seems it was put in without a way of taking it out. But his attitude was he figured I did it. Another episode was he never informed me of the mess he left in my basement that I found when I went down there later. A crate was covered with stuff that came out of a drain I guess he opened up, a plastic covered lounge chair was covered in it also. I couldn't find the trash can until searching and nothing was put back right on a cover I have over the sump pump. I should have been told about the mess. He was irritated when I accidently wrote the wrong amount on the check and had to write it again on another check. His whole attitude was rude, and he didn't like the fact that two of my guys since they got crated and I was here were barking constantly. When I said that was the reason, he told me maybe I should go outside. Inappropriate. In 12 years I have always used hot water to rinse stuff off and drain cleaner so had no idea there was a problem. So, he should have found out in a nice way I didn't pour grease down the drain, nor do the plumbing here. He is in the service business and should be more respectful to your customers. The trainee didn't seem to speak much but didn't seem to have his attitude and left early. I used your company since I had met you years ago through Maryanne and Gene Laskowski. I will say this much, if I ever have to use a plumber I will give your company another chance and contact you but will request you never send the older man to this house again. I have worked with customers in jobs and have never acted like he did." Have decided since they never responded to my complaint, I will never use them again. I used a $25 coupon with them.

Provider changed out two washing machine valves that were screw-on not welded.  Took all of five minutes and was charged $193.00.  No break-down of charges on the receipt.  Will NEVER use them again.

We always request Bob out to do the service, because he does great work. He gives a good explanation of what he's doing, and always explains how to operate it more efficiently. We have used Bob for the past 4-5 years. I'd highly recommend his services. The grading is for Bob.

They started on a Monday and they were done on Wednesday. Things went very smoothly. They have always been prompt and very professional. They've always had very good service. I don't know about their prices because I've always used them and I didn't shop around.

He emptied the system took my money and I didn't hear back from him. So I called the company and they said yeh they did see in the notes that he was supposed to get back to me but it must have fallen through the cracks and they would get out to look a the system. This is at the end of September when it is starting to get cold. I have clients renting this home so everything now needed to be done quickly. The same man came out. They had not done any looking for parts he had no quote. He then proceeds to tell me that the toilet needs to be moved so that he can remove the radiator to take a look at the connections. It takes minutes to lift out a toilet (drain the bowel shut off water, remove the bolts and lift it up) I myself have removed and sitted my toilets. Then he takes the radiator out and changes the nipples and connector on the ends with ordinary standard parts off his truck replaces the radiator anchors it to the wall with a piece of wood puts the toilet back on an charges me $587.00. 172.00 of it was for picking up the toilet. if they had let me know they where going to charge me for that or they had given me a qoute or an idea that the toilet needed to be removed I would have done that. After a huge go around with the owner they finally took that charge off but the charges for two new standard fittings was outrageous. I flip houses so I deal with lots of companies this company was referred to me by another company on angies list so I thought I had a fair company to deal with obviously not.

Fine.

I was told they would arrive at noon. Actual arrival was at 2:20 pm. I understand that service people are delayed, traffic is bad, and so forth, please keep me in the loop!!!Nobody ever called me to say they were running late. When I called their office at 1:30, they were and quot;on their way.and quot;So they hit Memorial Day weekend traffic--why not call me with an update? And why did the dispatcher give their truck's gps location on a route that the they later told me they didn't take?
The plumbers themselves were ok when they finally arrived.

It went very well. I called them in the morning and they were out there by the afternoon. They repaired the faucet and toilet within about 45 minutes, or maybe less. Everything seems great, and they gave me what I thought was very good advice about whether I needed to make certain plumbing changes.

The only part that I wasn't particularly happy with was the price. I paid $242 for 45 minutes or less of work and two washers. It was probably a fair price, but it could have been better. That said, overall, I am still very happy with them.

Since there wasn't any experience I cannot comment on this business' service.

Update: After consideration and because Mr. Woodrow himself came out to our home and explained the problem, my husband and i discussed whether to allow his company to replumb our entire home. We chose to let him do the job as he is local AND has a good reputation in the community. The entire job was done without a hassle and professionalism. Thanks for following through Mr. Woodrow. I will use Mr. Woodrow again but only if he himself handles the process.

Everything went well. The plumber saw what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He was done and out of the house pretty quickly.

I don't know what they exactly did. The technicians came out and figured out what the problem was. They didn't have the part in the shop. They thought they would have to order it from the manufacturer, but they wound up getting it from another location that same day so it was actually nice to have heat the same day rather than a week later. They cleaned up their mess.

Prompt response. They offered to come out the same day I called but I scheduled for later in the week for a time more convenient for us. The plumber arrived as expected, called when he was on his way and fixed our issue quickly. He was very professional and courteous. I am happy with the service and would use them again. I am not sure on the price since this was our first plumbing incident I have nothing to compare it with.

Very well. They arrived within an hour of when they said. Very pleasant, very professional, not scared of (harmless) dog.

We had a wet spring, and my sump pump was working very hard. It was raining constantly. Since the drain line was clogged, I was getting up every hour through the night with a portable pump so I didn't flood my basement. They did a lot of work for me. It had to be close to 8 hours that they were at my home. I didn't get any other estimates, because I needed the job done desperately. The problem occured on a Sunday. I called their 24 hour emergency service. He was honest and told me if he came out it was going to cost me a lot. He said that if I waited, they would have someone there at 8:00 the next morning.
