Barlow's Upholstery

This company is an old line firm and they do outstanding work. This is the place to go for upholstery work on quality furniture. We have used them before for our couch to retie springs and reupholstering. Our couch is too big to be moved out of our condo so they do the work in the condo. Their work is without par.

The work that Barlow's did was amazing!
I brought the chairs in on a Tuesday with the fabric and a template for the shape for the cushions. I talked with Barbara about how I wanted the cushions to look and she made some very good suggestions as to how adjust the design so that they might be even better. We also looked at the platforms and she suggested that we replace the outer pieces of cloth and the interior material as well (they were dusty, ripped and old). She showed me a beautiful decorative edging to finish it off. They chairs were ready on Friday of the same week!
The chairs are absolutely beautiful, completely renewed and so comfortable! The price for the cushions was less than half of what I was quoted by a local interior design store. I can not say enough about the quality of the work and the dedication of Barbara and all of the family members who work in the business. I highly recommend Barlow's to anyone who wants restoration or upholstery work done.

My sofa was picked up, recovered, and delivered within 3 weeks. The job was professionally handled and the workmanship excellent.

They picked up the chair from my home the day after I ordered the work and returned it in a week. I went to the shop and picked out the fabric, getting good input about how it would wear and matching the original color almost exactly. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend Barlow's for this type of work. it is a family business, so the interation is personal and easy to deal with.

They were extremely helpful. While they offered material from a wide selection, at their shop, they gladly provided us with the yardage requirement for us to purchase since we had already found what we wanted elsewhere. They turned the job around in less then a week from when I dropped off the material and the chair looks fantastic. We couldn't be happier.
