About us

My name is Paul Devincenti,50 yrs old.I am a Painting and Decorating craftsman additionally with a BUSINESS DEGREE from USC.I started in 1986 in The Los Angeles High end residential and commercial painting market. I've had the experience of working with decorators,architects and new home construction in all phases and have been in the district for 12 years.Currently we employ 6 painters and 2 carpenters. I am blessed to have three beautiful daughters who are my pride and joy and a main reason for building a decorating team in the DC Metropolitan area.

What separates Paul from other painters is his exceptional attention to detail and sense of color. Two qualities that are priceless in a good painting group. Paul took time with me to decide on color and made sure the prep and finishing details were done to his standards. He strives to do it right not just to get it done. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

Paul and his team did a great job painting my one bedroom condo.  They showed up on time, finished on time, and the results look great.  Paul suggested a little extra (skimming ceilings to cover old cracks) and it made the place look so much better.  Really appreciated his professionalism and attention to details.  Highly recommend.

The work was done well and right on time. Paul is extremely conscientious about communicating when he'll be arriving at the house and estimating the time of completion. He cared deeply about the quality of the work, and wanted me to fully satisfied with the job. I think he provides excellent value and craftsmanship and I would use him again without hesitation.

He provided a good impression at the first meeting. I called a few of his references which checked out. However, the ultimate experience was disappointing. He does not do the work himself. Both he and his painters do not show up on time and did a mediocre job. He doesn't use email or text which can be frustrating for coordinating. He was reluctant to do touch-up work to fix the problems with the job. He eventually came by and barely put any effort in to fix it. Do not buy into his claims from the flyer that he is a detailed craftsman. You can find better painters.

"I was unaware that you were unhappy with the job as you said nothing to me upon completion. you did mention that you would like additional small work done around the house after my job was complete but I toldyou that I could not service you right away because my schedule was tight. I am highly disappointed in your comments and I would like to rectify anything that is subpar. I have a highly experienced team that has been with me for over 8 years and I take my clients' satisfaction very seriously."
